Always have had great service with National Refrigeration from the staff answering the phones, to the HVAC installers, to the plumbers and to Wyatt who comes twice a year to check things over. I'd recommend them to all who want good professional service.

At 72 years of age, I count Johnathan among the most outstanding servicemen in any industry who has conducted maintenance and repairs in our home. Johnathan excelled in explaining the service, the problem that he found, and how he planned to correct it. He spoke intelligently while instilling confidence in my wife and I that we needed to move forward with the repairs.Without question, Johnathan is an elite member of your service team.

Jarrod did a very good job replacing our four thermostats. The new equipment was not the same size as the original ones and had to be mounted in an unconventional fashion. He did so in a prompt and efficient fashion.

Wyatt Kelly came to work on our neighbor's A/C unit. He was knowledgeable, and quickly checked the unit and determined there was a faulty part (contactor). He had replacement part on his truck and swapped out the part., putting the unit back in service.
I have helped our neighbor with some technical issues (PE 35 years). Our neighbor is elderly and battling serious illness. Having the A/C working gives her peace and comfort. Mr. Kelly's quick response and repair helped greatly increase her comfort..

Jonathan came out to look at my short-cycling AC issue and after some above and beyond diagnostic work that required a second visit (no charge) he figured it out.
He was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, friendly, courteous, and an *excellent* diagnostic technician.
*Turns out it was a flaky (Nest) thermostat issue that was an easy fix.
A+ Highly recommended.
