I have been customer of NSM for over 15 years. Recently I had a visit from Amy O'Brien, PTA, ATP to discuss a new wheelchair I will be eligible for next year. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional with lots of ideas for a new chair. I am really looking forward to collaborating with her on my next wheelchair. 🙂

3 months and don’t have yet the battery insane this company is nothing like the past . just a simple battery for a lift . my son can not do nothing by his self . he really needed it this is inhuman

Amy & Heather we're both very very nice. They were very pleasant to work with.

Have been calling to speak to Dave since June. No reply. It's now October. Have left multiple messages. Have had PCP send over a new referral (told to do so by the guy who answers the phone when you call) both of my sons physical therapists have reached out. My son desperately needs a larger posterior walker and a chair for school. Nothing. Not even a call back. Call logs to prove it screenshoted.
Update. I have sent over the information via email. I will be expecting this to be expedited with a phone call back ASAP. I will bring this as far as I can up the food chain and if I need a lawyer I will also do so. The reason my son won't be able to walk is because I haven't had the service to get him the proper equipment. I'm done chasing NSM

New in RI and needed some adjustments to my manual wheelchair. Could find no company willing to take insurance and help me except National Seating & Mobility. Reviews for them on line were terrible but I had no choices. John, the new branch manager (in the past year and a half) had me scheduled with Justin Martin coming to my home within the week. Justin was highly effective and efficient, and reassured me that I can indeed get timely repairs. This was confirmed when I had a different problem the very following week. If I could bring the chair to their local office in a couple of days a tech could look at it, which I was able to do. Rob met me at my car, took my chair into the shop and FIXED it. I am so grateful to NSM. Those of us who are dependent on chairs as their legs need reliable help when we need it. Thank you so much

I can ALWAYS depend on the NSM! Today 2 tech’s came out to do some repairs on a student’s wheelchair. They were prompt, professional, and did a super job of explaining everything. I highly recommend NSM!!
