I almost always come here over the garden city location because it’s bigger, but I always regret it. My most recent visit is the last straw for me. The cashier was problem number 1. I understand that in order to use coupons you have to break up the order into multiple transactions, and I appreciate that. However the pushy manner of asking me if I want to apply for the credit card multiple times… every transaction is over the top. She rang in a decent amount of my purchase wrong (assuming the items were the same) by scanning the same item multiple times. This causes a huge variance in the discount so I overpaid. Unfortunately I didn’t notice this until I came home and that’s when problem number 2 kicked it. I called the store and the manager said the only way she can assist me is I I DRIVE BACK. So I have to waste more of my time and gas to resolve a problem they caused. She didn’t offer any alternatives and when I said I would just call corporate she just said I can call them and make it back “when I can”. That’s horrible customer service.

Okay variety, but good lord of the rings! Manage the clearance racks already! It always looks like a rampage happened at a flea market. Old Navy needs to take a new approach to their pricing and their demographics. A lot of the items on clearance are of the smaller sized variety. This should tell you that smaller people aren't shopping at your store. It's a waste of materials that end up getting thrown out. Make most of your stuff for bigger people and prevent unnecessary waste.
