If I could give this dump zero stars I would. I dropped off two pack and plays and a bunch of clothing today. Fine with not taking all the clothing Expected. I’ve seen the Tik Toks about these places. However to only take one of the pack and plays, but expect me to disassemble the one you didn’t take when I dropped it off perfectly and neatly packaged! That’s abhorrent. When I quietly asked the girl behind the counter if she thought that was fair she snapped back with “I don’t have time to disassemble them.” I can’t believe this place was as packed as it was with people! Never again. The $35.40 I received was not worth this at all. I dropped the rest of for donation. Never. Again.

I have found some really helpful items here as a shopper, especially last minute things I need like once a black dress for a funeral for my daughter. Selling here was very interesting. It did take me 3 times to be able to actually get my clothes in to be considered due to the high volume of stuff they receive each day. I had probably 60 items for them to review. They took 11 total and gave me $1 each for them. Some had way more value than than so I personally will not be consigning here in the future but def would shop there for items I need because they have a good selection.

Very disappointed in the treatment that we received we bought things from this store tried to bring some back once our baby outgrew after 2 months if not less. They didn't take any of them back saying they were stained and ripped.. none of the clothes had stains or rips... The bassinet that we bought 2 months ago he also outgrew so we brought it back and they said there's a recall. First if there's a recall it's illegal for them to sell it to us... And secondly looked it up no recall at all for that bassinet... I don't recommend going to this location no matter how tight you are look on Facebook marketplace

Been to this location 3 times now to drop off clothes first time turned away in kind of an aggressive manner , second time was afternoon as i work very early in the morning turned away this past time I called ahead they said they would leave a note to not turn me away. So I took the day out of work to make the advertised times in which they buy and walked in was told they couldn't take them they had too many although it was in their time frame they still said no thats 3 times up there over an hour of drive time each time and now a lost work day needless to say I'm done with this store now I will bring the clothes to the nearest donation center .as I can't keep driving them all over the state

I drove over a hour to sell and they was not accepting any donations for the rest of the day. To be told that they have 20 other donations to sort through there nothing they can do for me. Basically saying my time didn’t matter. They need better system so when people who live far are not driving for no reason and waste their time.

Be sure to call ahead to see if they are accepting clothes. I traveled over an hour and arrived with a full tub of clothes to sell to them. They told me they were not buying clothes for the rest of the day. When I expressed some disappointment about this, the worker was rude and gave me an attitude.
Great selection here, but again, just call ahead so your time isn’t wasted like mine was.

Never had a bad experience here! So many cute finds and the employees are always nice!

All the staff is miserable and unfriendly seemingly bothered by having to work. While you can find some cute and cheap clothes, don’t bother selling to them. Waiting 2 hours for them to go through bags of new condition items that they claim online they need, for them to only give you $14 is not worth the drive or the time.

Good place to find discounted kid clothes but I wouldn’t recommend selling to them. I gave them a good amount of items that were in very good condition and I only got $12. The sit and spin I sold to them could have been sold on market place for $10. I feel cheated. Never selling to them again.
