I went there to exchange my ring, right off the bat the manger Tracy was extremely rude to me. But it was shocking how bad a “manger” customer service was. I didn’t get a “Hi, how are you?” or anything she started immediately telling me things i did wrong.

The manager named Tracie helped me today and was very rude. I went to go exchange my bracelet today that I had bought a protection plan for, and she was miserable. The particular bracelet is a charm bracelet with a ball that slides up and down to hold it on… Which the ball coming loose and not holding up well is a common problem with the bracelet. She didn’t ask me if I wear it in the shower or to sleep (which I do not, I am always careful to remove my jewelry before anything) she TOLD me that I did this I did that wrong, it’s just not the way you speak to a customer. I did not particularly enjoy the interaction as it felt accusatory rather than me being valued and heard as a customer.

Yesterday a friend and I went into this store to exchange a ring that she had just gotten less then 2 weeks ago for her birthday. The manager was very quick to dismiss us because there was “scuffing” on the ring. I personally knew she had barely worn the ring because it was too large so to be dismissed so quickly was very rude. If your rings can get scuffed that quickly, the quality isn’t what I thought it would be.

felt very rushed by the sales associate for my initial purchases. Wore out one of the new rings for a day and realized it was too big and set aside, i brought it back within 2 weeks and it was already “too scuffed” to be exchanged for a smaller size!! Seems poor quality to be getting scuffed so quickly

Most employees that I’ve encountered have been uninterested in helping customers, and one employee that helped me tonight tried to upsell me after I said no. She was a shark. I prefer the Providence Place Mall location. I’ve never been impressed with the Warwick location.

I walked in last night to get some paw print dog charms and all the employees were sweet and helpful. One even offered to polish my bracelets and beads. Super respectful and kind. I appreciate it!

Today, I had a bizarre experience at this store. My son and I were looking for earrings for his friend, but the service was unhelpful. The salesperson, Vanessa, seemed apathetic and didn't offer much assistance.
At the checkout, Vanessa asked if I wanted to buy a warranty, this was the most animated she had been since we walked in. I agreed and asked if the warranty information would be printed on the receipt. She said it would be attached to my email. I explained that it was a gift and asked how the recipient would receive the warranty information. The salesperson suggested I provide the recipient's email and phone number, which I found surprising. Why would I need to give someone else's information to get a warranty? I decided to forget about it and expressed my frustration that Pandora wouldn't honor its products without an email address.
Then, what I believe was the manager, intervened and explained that it wasn't that they wouldn't stand behind their products, but they needed an email to link the purchase to. I asked how the recipient would be informed about the warranty, and she showed me a brochure - This was exactly what I had inquired about - how would the gift recipient be made aware of the warranty? But instead, we spent several minutes going back and forth about email addresses and being treated like I was asking an absurd question and was too stupid to understand the answer.
After completing the purchase, Vanessa handed over the bag without saying anything. I sarcastically said have a good day and I left feeling disappointed with the experience and will not shop there again. I'd rather buy online than deal with unhelpful staff at a physical store.

bought my best friend a ring there for her birthday, after wearing the ring for less than week the ring stabbed her in her finger , causing her to draw blood. she then felt faint. will never be buying jewelry here again. also tarnished.

I visited the warwick mall location and the associate who worked with me was SO helpful. I wish I had gotten her name but she helped me find an affordable silver chain that was good quality for a good price and she made my search so easy!! Super thankful for her.

I went into Pandora in Warwick RI to shop for a gift. I was "helped" by associate Vanessa. I received a horrible customer experience. Vanessa seemed bothered to be helping us and was not engaged in the transaction at all. When we were asking for options and varieties she was not assisting us or listening. When we were looking for options and asking to see multiple charms and bracelet sizes she would barely bring anything out and was seemingly rushing the shopping experience. Any questions asked were met with a cross and angry attitude and we were usually not provided with an answer.
