I visited the warwick mall location and the associate who worked with me was SO helpful. I wish I had gotten her name but she helped me find an affordable silver chain that was good quality for a good price and she made my search so easy!! Super thankful for her.

I went into Pandora in Warwick RI to shop for a gift. I was "helped" by associate Vanessa. I received a horrible customer experience. Vanessa seemed bothered to be helping us and was not engaged in the transaction at all. When we were asking for options and varieties she was not assisting us or listening. When we were looking for options and asking to see multiple charms and bracelet sizes she would barely bring anything out and was seemingly rushing the shopping experience. Any questions asked were met with a cross and angry attitude and we were usually not provided with an answer.

Great store,Great and respectful employees clean environment!I don’t know why there’s so many bad ratings and complaints Customers don’t understand that they are trying their best to put there 100% to you and satisfy everyones needs while buying a productif only people took into consideration what they would feel like dealing with allot of people everyday and trying to sell a product then these ratings would be 100% different5 STARS OVERALL⭐️If you don’t like there’s service they provide for you leave! And call it a day

On the phone with their main office the lady at the Warwick location was rude and refused to let my daughter exchange her bracelet for for another size… mind you she just got it this morning! She has to allow an exchange with the receipt! Diana .s. You need a crash coarse in customer service!

Won’t go back wore my ring less than 3 days an started turning my finger green. Offered to clean it an that’s it. Don’t buy jewelry from here anymore. My money will go elsewhere.

After reading the negative reviews I reluctantly went to the Pandora Store in the the Warwick Mall. I am happy to say I had a positive experience. Asyel was very helpful and helped me find the perfect gift. The store is clean and despite having other customers in the store she cleaned my Pandora earrings I brought in with me for cleaning.

Went in to return a bracelet the day after I purchased it and couldn't due to store having no cash to refund me. Very inconvenient to be told to come back on the weekend in hopes the store takes in cash or go to a different location. Should be posted that store doesn't have cash on hand and can only process card returns.

I received a Mother’s Day bracelet from this location. I wasn’t aware of the 30 day return policy, so that was on me, I totally understood. The two woman working the store were extremely rude to me and kept insisting I wore the bracelet(I had not as it was too large, the reason for the return)she said it was scratched, it was not. I said I understood the 30 day return policy, and would keep the bracelet. Both of these women were extremely rude and condescending, and should not be in a customer service position. I have spent many years as a guest service team lead in a large retail store, and would NEVER tolerate my team members treating a customer in this way. I love pandora products and I own many, but I will never return to this Warwick RI location again.

Been there plenty of times. Was there getting a Mother's Day Gift. They won't let you touch anything. A little pricey. An free bracelet I got was junk.

The customer service at this location is really poor. The word choices and eye contact of personnel needs to improve. I have been told "not to touch anything" while looking at the items. Pandora is a classy jewelry store and personnel need to statisfy the brand standards. I have been to their NYC stores many times with an amazing experience every single time. This store was suprising to me. I hope it gets better

I got a charm for a gift but had no receipt or the email address of purchaser so they wouldn’t even let me exchange it. I already have this charm and it obviously a pandora charm so I don’t see why I can’t do an exchange for a different charm.

Horrible I gone to many store I have 4 bands and this is the worst treatment ever.They were so bad they I want to gave them less than 1 star????????????and listen you cannot touch the tray or charm ???never got that kind of treatment.Should I continue buying pandora ?worse experience ever
