My 11 yr old son bought one item, an electronic, and opened it at the gate. The plastic container holding the item had condensation all over it, the item was moist, and the box was wet. I brought the item with the receipt 15 minutes after purchasing to exchange. The manager (dark straight hair, mid-aged) blamed the kid & claimed they wouldn’t sell anything in that condition. The woman who rung it up (tattoo on right forearm, blonde, mid-age) said the item was not wet when she touched it. They would not return it.
