PC Tech is the best place in Warwick to get cellphone, tablet, or laptop repairs. I had tried to fix my own MacBook, but chickened out, and bought a non-refundable screen on eBay. PC Tech installed the screen in one day for only $75. I was amazed at the fast turnaround and the friendliness of the staff. Highly recommended

My son's Playstation 4 stopped working and from the second I called them throughout the whole experience they were nothing but kind, helpful and empathetic of my situation. The Playstation needed a new hard drive which unfortunately meant everything he had on there would be lost but they gave me back the old hard drive with information for a company that is able to recover that kind of data along with a discount code. I thought that was extremely thoughtful. I know there are technicians that replaced everything and I'm very grateful to them, but while calling and dropping the Playstation off I only dealt with one of the kindest women I've ever met. I didn't catch her name but she was so sweet and called me throughout the whole process to keep me updated. The price to fix everything was also fair and reasonable. Thank you!!

Milly was extremely helpful getting my 8 year old Surface Pro up to the original speed.
With a new battery, a new screen, removing a virus on it, it was the very, affordable fix.

First time using a computor repair store. The great reviews made this my store of choice and it was a great overall experience. Reasonable( $35 diagnostic fee) had my laptop upgraded and returned to me very quickly. Great staff . Highly recommend this store.

Amazing service and very friendly! I brought my sons nintendo switch into the shop to be diagnosed and fixed. Originally was told a day or 2. Called me less than 2 hours later that it was fixed and ready for pick up. Highly recommend! My son was super excited. Thank you very much! I will be back again in the future!

Had to being in my sons Nintendo switch that had a charging issue. I told them my son was really missing it and they took care of it within a couple hours. Very friendly and helpful.
