I was searching for a company that can service my Can-Am Spyder and found Performance Power Sports. I called for an appointment and Alex got me right in. The service was excellent and the bike is looking like new. I needed a battery and routine maintenance such as oil and filter change and a tune-up. I couldn't ask for a better outcome and I highly recommend anyone looking for similar service to call Alex.

Don't waste your time. Purchased a short block from this company a needless to say after lots of back and forth and many excuses / unfulfilled promises I never received the item. Luckily after opening a case with PayPal I received a full refund.

Watch out for this guy! He's somewhere between a bad business owner and a con. I bought an inexpensive jetski a few years ago from a third party, knowing that it would need some work. After calling a few places to see who could work on it, I called Alex at Performance PowerSports, and he was very assuring with his approach to get it up and running. I dropped it off in July 2022, and he told me that it would take 5-6 weeks to fix, and I gave him a deposit for about $2500 to repair the engine since it was going to be refurbed by another company (I know, I likely made the mistake of prepaying for something like this). The 5-6 weeks blew by, and over several months after I tried calling or texting him to see when it'd be done, and there was always an excuse. He finally took the engine out of the jetski in March of 2023, but that was the last time I ever saw progress. As of now (January 2025), I'm out my money and I don't even know where the remainder of the jetski is. He's been so impossible to communicate with, so the only outlet I have for my terrible experience is a review like this.
I've heard maybe the AG is good to handle situations like this too...

Charged me $579 to replace an air filter with K&N he ordered and two tires that I supplied.Stated he waxed chain and fiddled with my power commander.Just don't waste your time.2009 zx10rThese guys also told me it would be a $1500 job to replace fork seals since one top cap was stripped. He stated that it would be $2k to replace forks and they would be hard to find. They are used all over ebay.I called a couple more shops and went over these prices. They told me I was crazy for letting him work on my bike.I'm from another state so I was skeptical but I just know things are higher here. But unfortunately I pulled up in a Maserati so the guy definitely just taxed me.

Alex was a pleasure to work with. I needed several parts replaced on my old 50cc scooter, and Alex went above and beyond to get all repairs done in a timely manner. He was even willing to pickup and drop off my scooter since I do not have a large enough vehicle to transport it myself. Would highly recommend. Thanks !

Brought my jet boat into Performance Power to fix a broken oil hose. This boat is not your average jet boat, only a few dealers in the country. Alex wanted me to sign a contract for almost $4000 to take the engine out and repair the hose. I've never done business like this. I couldn't understand why he wanted to me to sign this contract when neither of us knew what the extent of the work would be. Either way, he wanted only CASH (1/3 Deposit). I was uneasy to say the least. I called the dealer in Florida, they said $1000 to pull the engine out and put it back in plus any parts. The answer was simple for me. I'd ship the boat to them given they were going to sell in anyway. That's not the least of it. When I told Alex I was coming to pick it up, he asked for $190 for the diagnostic and to "Write the estimate". Keep in mind, all one as to do is pull up the engine cover in the broken hose was staring you right in the face. My mechanic stopped by at the exact right moment. Alex was shamed into accepting $100 for doing nothing, instead of the $190 he asked me to bring. He said he spent two hours "looking up parts and diagnosing the issue". Before I got there, he blocked my boat in with his car. It was all to much, this would have have gone very bad if my mechanic hadn't stopped by. The was NOT a good experience, and my mechanic got there just in time to safe the situation. Bad business, is what I had there! My advice is run, don't walk.
