Ordered for my long-distance human. The online order process was easy and seamless. Flowers arrived early in the day and were very well arranged and great quality. Highly recommend this florist.

These flowers were for a friend/coworker, from the Work Team. The picture of the flowers was so "Pinky Pink" pretty I had to choose it.
I placed the order online & it was delivered the next day.
When I went to visit my friend, I got to see the arrangement, it was identically arranged as the online photo, appeared larger & looked so much prettier in person.
I will absolutely order from Petals Florist again & would totally recommend to others.

I cannot say enough about Petals or Cheryl. Today was my son's girlfriends prom, we ordered an arrangement for her from another place, they were hiddeous, not at all what we had shown her, I called Petals and I could feel the empathy Cheryl had, she said sure come right on in let me see what we can do. Boy did she ever deliver making an amazing creation in minutes just like we wanted. I cannot thank her enough for saving the day. If there were 10 stars I would give them to her! The photo does not even do justice to the final product. Thank you so much Cheryl !

Nice flowers but delivered the wrong day. I was looking forward to surprise my mother-in-law for her birthday and specifically called instead of ordering online to avoid a mix-up. Called the owner just now and she was definitely not concerned about my complaint and disappointment, so that's that - will not be ordering again.

hello my father recently bought flower arrangements from you guys and isn’t too good with the internet but he wanted me to pass along a message from him:My mom( Barbara Carlow) recently passed away and l told my family that we should go to Petals to take care of the flower arrangements. We all went there as a family and we’re meet by Cheryl who spent a vast amount of time with us to satisfy all our needs. When we arrived for the wake we were overwhelmed with the arrangements. Everyone who attended commented on the amazing arrangements. Even the funeral director who has been in the business for over 40 years said he has not remembered anything with such beauty. If you ever need flowers for any occasion, you will not be disappointed!Thanks from the entire Carlow family.

Petals was a great experience! Great service, prompt delivery and beautiful flowers. Prior to calling them I made the mistake of ordering from an online company called Blossom flower delivery. They took my money, never delivered flowers and never refunded me. Learn from my mistakes and call a local florist like Petals in Warwick RI.

Petals saved the day! Initially I ordered sympathy flowers from Blossom Flower delivery on line. They took my money and never delivered them. And they still have not refunded me. The good news is when I called Petals they were fantastic! Great service, prompt delivery and beautiful flowers delivered. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistakes. Call your local florist and don't use online scammers like Blossom flower delivery. Thanks Petals!!
