The employee at the front register went above and beyond tonight to help me. I somehow had two accounts attached to my email so the register wasn't letting us use a 5$ reward. The employee called a hotline, fixed the issue, updated my accounts, and got me my coupon. I was very impressed with the friendly and helpful customer service.

Above and beyond customer service. They actually had on the store shelves the 'M' carbon water filter, whereas online Chat service mentioned none of these filters were available. The floor assistance was friendly, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. 5 Star's is my rating, they exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic experience at Petco in Warwick! Diego was a lifesaver. We adopted a rescue that day and had no idea where to start. He was patient and showed us the basics to get us going. He even helped me put on his collar and harness! Thank you Diego for making this process that much easier.

Purchased freshwater aquarium fish from this store which were diseased. Wiped out over $1000 of ornamental fish. I warned them that the tank was contaminated, and they never even medicated the diseased fish in their store. What a joke

I have never had a better experience at any Petco or any pet store for that matter then this particular Petco. Not only is the store manager always helpful during the mornings but as I just went for my normal visit to pick up a lamp for my bearded dragon and a ton of crickets, Morgan the cashier was busy being a complete and utter badass. Taking care of a line full of customers and still managing to make time to grab all my crickets and sprinkling in a little bit of customer service and reassurance to make sure everybody is patiently taken care of. Extremely impressive and great under stress. I appreciate this during what you guys put out. So does my beardy. Thanks a lot.
