I bought a 50 inch Vizio at 3:30 on Tuesday found out on Wednesday. The TV was gonna be $41 less when the sales starts on Thursday my TV was still in the box. I asked if I could return the TV and get a credit for the same TV. They told me I can’t get the same TV. I have to get something different. never heard of such a thing

Pinnacle Discount Center has a wide variety of TVs. Well, I had a problem with my TV that my family brought for me back in December 2023. It just went out, no picture, no sound, nothing. So I called the manufacturer. They told me because the TV was bought at a TV Discount Center that wasn't on the manufacturer's list. This manufacturer will only replace TVs that are bought at bigger stores like best buy, walmart, and targets or any other store that has a TV department. Since Pinnacle Discount Center wasn't one of those stores they could not help me or send me a new tv. They told me to go back to the store where the TV was bought. So I called Pinnacle Discount Center thinking that they would be more than happy to help me. I was sadly mistaken. It was a very upsetting experience with this place. I was having problems with my phone at the time I called so the salesperson that answered couldn't hear me, because my phone service was going in and out a lot. So I raised my voice a little bit and said can you hear me now, can you hear me? Over and over again. The sales person that answered the phone hung up on me. So I called him back and told him what happened to my TV and of course the phone was going in and out again. He couldn't hear me. So again I just raised my voice a little, mind you, so he can hear me. But again he thought I was yelling at him. When I wasn't trying to. So he said to me, if you are going to yell at me I'm going to hang up on you and that's just what he did, hung up on me again. I wasn't trying to argue with him. I was very upset that he hung up on me. That's it. I wasn't angry at all . The phone was going in and out I raised my voice just a little bit so he can understand me and he hung up on me. No patience whatsoever. So I called back again and ask to speak to the manager of the store. When the manager came on the phone he sounded very frustrated and a little angry with me before he even heard me explain my side of the story. Doug was very frustrated. I got so upset and nervous because this guy just lost it with me over the phone this guy Doug the manager. He made me even more upset and nervous. All I was doing was trying to explain to him what happened in my own words. And he did everything possible to stop me from explaining. Doug just didn't want to hear it. But that's okay, I'm not mad at him. I guess he's doing his job. I guess Doug got mad because I did tell him that the salesperson that hung up on me twice should be fired. Maybe that's what did it to Doug, I don't know. But anyway, all this was a big and I mean big misunderstanding. The manager Doug did not have any patience for a customer. So he told me to bring the TV in and he would exchange it since the manufacturer couldn't help me. 4 days later I brought the TV in to Pinnacle Discount Center. I thought by this time everything would be all done and over with and everything has calmed down. But no, Doug started talking to me about what happened 4 days earlier. I didn't say a word. I did not want to go back there and start an argument about what happened earlier. But I did keep my cool and just let Doug get it all out, so he could feel better. All I wanted was to exchange my TV, not argue. Hey doug! Let It Go, it's okay the manufacturer couldn't help me, but you did! So thank you and may God bless you and yours always.

My husband and I bought a BOGO free TCl 75 inch with the free TCL 50 inch. Got home and the 75 didn’t work… called immediately and they told me to bring it in for them to look at/exchange. Got the exchange and get home once again the tv didn’t work for a different reason now… Again, I call and had to go back and return… due to the hassle and 2 broken tvs they had upgraded me from the 75 inch TCL to a better branded LG 75 inch tv! Prices were great and workers were amazing and helpful!

Outstanding! We have been going down a rabbit hole trying to learn the differences between new Tvs for the last month. We walk in to Pinnacle and ask Alex and learn more in two minutes than we understood in a month of reading. He was clear and thoughtful. We bought a TV In 15 minutes. After the spin of the wheel, got an additional 5% off an already great price!! We could not be happier with the service and our price!!!

I just purchased a 55" TCL Google 4K TV today and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Better deal than anywhere, including Amazon! Three different employees greeted us at one point during our shopping, each super helpful and personable. I spun the wheel and won tickets for a chance to win another 55" tv next week! Best service, price, quality and experience than anywhere else I've been, and it's not even close. Try this place out for sure!
