Trendy brands such as Edikted, Princess Polly, Alo, Gymshark, Pacsun, Aerie, PrettyLittleThing, and so much more. Organized in a nice fashion with a few front displays as well as an eye-pleasing main display! Workers are super friendly and the owners work very hard to distinguish their store from other Plato’s, and it’s very apparent! 10/10 location!

I just want to say that there needs to be time between the offer & the decision. Plato’s closet is notoriously known to low-ball individuals & this one lived up to that. I brought in shirts from Zara, New Balance, and other name brand things and was given a SIGNIFICANTLY low offer. It was completely rushed and the unprofessionalism is insane coming from someone who worked in the customer service industry. DO NOT COME TO THIS ONE.

Customer service is not great. Employees don't even acknowledge you with a simple hello or any type of greeting. There was plenty of them working and they all seemed to be more interested in their personal conversations than helping customers. Lots of inventory but the experience was not great and I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Brought a whole box of honestly really good clothes that just aren’t my size anymore, the new worker (some blonde girl) honestly embarrassed me in the front of the store. And said there was a smell on one of my shirts that made them not even look through the whole box. Which is ridiculous all of the clothes came from my drawers or the washer. If you want to be embarrassed in front of a bunch of people come to this location

I hate to write a bad review because I know how they can hurt business, but this place really needs a wake up call! I have never had a good experience selling here. They always take forever and rush through. Sometimes my stuff at the bottom of the bag hasn’t even been touched. I recently went by the other day hoping to find some affordable transition clothes for fall. It was extremely overwhelming, as some of the racks are not accessible for us short people. The store is so crammed with stuff it makes it extremely hard to shop. The brands mostly consisted of SHEIN, and other fast fashion brands. There were very few items under $10. The racks contained clothes that shouldn’t have even made it into the rack due to their condition. This experience just sealed the deal to why I won’t come here again. I rather give money to a place that will use it back into the community and not their pocket. I added some pictures of clothes I found like an old style, someone’s damaged dry cleaning, and a clothing sample item…I think.

Not worth selling your clothes they offer the least amt of money for brand new clothes that’s better than what they already have on the racks. Very much a rip off.

Absolutely ridiculous waste of time. Dropped off clothes, most of which were brand new with tags. All brand names, mostly Express items but had French Connection, Nicole Miller, among others. What wasn't brand new was worn once, if that. Everything was folded and bagged very neatly and some items I even wrapped in tissue paper due to the material. I Had to drop off and go back, which was not what the website stated. Nevertheless, I go back and all of my stuff is thrown in the bags, not folded and two items were dirty! I was especially upset about a black dress brand new with tags that had dust and dirt on it. I said something to the manager and she just looked at me and said, "Oh sorry we look at it on the counters so I don't know." When I got home I realized they had only given me back one shoe in a pair that I had brought there. So now I have to go back a third time to get my one shoe they neglected to throw in the bag. Truthfully I could care less that they didn't want to buy the stuff, I will get more on Poshmark but was trying to save myself some time. It's how they handled my things with such carelessness that upset me the most! Terrible way to do business and I will tell everyone that asks me or talks about this place not to do business there.

Told me they would be done sorting my clothes in 2-3 hours, came back 3 1/2 hours later and still wasn’t done. Told me it could take another hour. Employees don’t do much besides talk and sit around.

terrible experience. I brought in 4 pairs of shoes yezzys, dunks and Jordan ones. Also brought in skims,Nike and a Gucci bathing suit. I got back 39 dollars. Absolutely disgusting and never going back.

Made me wait 3.5 hours two offer me $10.80 for 2 pairs of jeans out of two bags of mostly name brand clothes (ae, Abercrombie, north face, etc). Most pointless waste of my time. Never going back.
