I brought my broken lawn mower (would not start) to Precision to repair starting issue and get a tuneup. The mower now works perfectly. Even the self-propelled, which had not worked in years, is working great. Old school repair shop …. highly recommended.

Absolutely poor customer services . Don’t even greet the customer. Look like I don’t exist at this place. I just walked right out after ten minutes standing in front of the counter. The four staffs just tended to the two customers. Then, one staff just walked to the office without asking if I needed any assistance. Do not waste your time at this place. Take your business somewhere else!

I stopped in to pickup a new pair of blades for my mower, which they told me they didn’t have in stock, and they’d have to order it in. after the week they told me it’d be, I called them up to inquire about them, to which i was told they forgot to order them. Seriously? When they finally came in and I arrived to pick them up, I was told they actually had some in cold storage and they just didn’t bother checking. Maybe should have kept that to yourselves. I also witnessed one of the guys try to sell a guy a new blower because his “had no compression” and went right to the shelf and grabbed a new one. I pulled the blower over out of curiosity and it had PLENTY of compression. The worker heard me and said “let me see something quick” turns out it was flooded, and he was about to sell him on a new blower. Crooks

I bought a Toro 42” zero turn which was assembled and delivered to my home by precision saw and mower. When I contacted them about delivery they answered all my questions quickly and courteously. Once my mower arrived they got it together in a very short time and called me for a delivery day. It came in late on a Thursday and was delivered to me the following Monday! It was nice to know they went through it prior to delivery in lieu of it being shipped direct to me. When Harry delivered the mower it was late in the day and I could tell it was a “fun” day for him but he was upbeat and walked me through all the ins and outs of my mower. Harry was extremely professional and had a fantastic positive attitude. I will gladly continue to do business with precision saw in the future.

Took an old snowblower in for repairs and the team did an amazing job. For as busy as a small shop can be, the turn around time was much quicker than anticipated. Mike and team always do a great job. Thank you guys!!!
