They seem cool and nice at first but they don't care at all. Place is always closed when you call them you never get straight answers and in the long run they just tell you to kick rocks.

They sold me a broken gun that was "new" then told me to call the manufacturer myself after having them hold it for a week to fix it for me. Then tried to sell me the pieces i need as a discount to make things right. Never again.

Terrible service always excuses and the "owner" is never around always giving you the run around just to get stuff you paid for.

Absolutely Terrible, delt with the manager and he treated me awful. We had a disagreement on the condition of a gun I was trading in. He was rude, sarcastic, and went on a rant on how he is an Armorer and “don't tell me how to do my jobâ€. Also As I was leaving he yelled out “don't come backâ€. All set with this Buffoonery. Go to D&L

Being a resident from Warwick i strongly support small business, here is the problem I have with this gun shop. When you have two other gun shops within a 3 to 4 mile radius you have to be competitive, I understand this is a small gun shop compared to there competitor down the road, I purchased a glock 17 gen 4 from them because I live around the corner, I would give proline my business. They do not sell ammo so I went down the road to there competitor ( I think we all know what gun store I'm talking about) to buy 9mm ammo for the gun, to my surprise the gun I bought from proline was 599.00 and the same day i picked up the gun I went to there competitor to buy ammo and the same gun was 499.00 wish I had known that ahead of time but o well. My point is no matter how small of a shop proline is you can not charge 100.00 more than your competitor who is just 3 to 4 miles down the road never mind the other gun shop that is two miles down the road. Then one month later I went in to buy an extra magazine for my gun, the manager I believe his name is Brett who is a very nice guy goes into a big cardboard box to find me a magazine after shuffling through the box he finally found one, I was expecting a brand new one in the package. Then he hands me the used magazine and says that will be 45 dollars, after that I never went back to proline I drive the extra three miles down the road. My point to this story is not to bash proline but to make the owner aware of a legitimate experience that I had, other than that it is a very nice gun shop, and the people seen equally as nice, I just think the owner should take these concerns into consideration. With that being said I truly believe that anyone looking to purchase a firearm should still consider this gun shop.

This is an ok gun shop, i know they are a small gun shop compared to the one 4 miles down the road, but with that being said because there so close to the one down the road you have to be priced the same. I paid 129 dollars more for a new glock 17 than there competitor, I understand that they are a smaller shop but to close in proximity to charge that much more for the same gun, then one time I went in there to buy a extra magazine for my glock, the manager went into a cardboard box to find one which was apparently used and charged me full retail, the magazine was definitely not new and charged me 45 dollars for it. I did not say anything to him just gave him the money and walked out. In my opinion that is not the way to do business, after all there are two other gun shops within a 4 mile radius. The owner needs to keep that in mind with his prices. Just my two cents, I'm not trying to bash this gun shop by no means, I just think the owner needs to take these things into consideration.

If i could give them no stars i would. I put a down payment on a firearm with the intentions of picking it up the following Friday "there was 3 of the same in stock" so John the owner said....my b.c.i. came in that following Friday I come to pick up my firearm and there's another employee that says the order was never put in so ide have to pick it up next week they would call me when it arrives i tried stopping in a few times on there open hours but doors are locked and lights are usually off... a month goes by no call from proline employees. So now I get aggravated cause how bad my experience is at this point and just want my money back...when i finally talk to john on the phone he tells me that down payments get returned as store credit...still haven't got my down payment and most-likely wont..I really wanted the gun and still do but when he called me back the second time he said he'll speak to the owner about giving me my down payment back but when i first seen him he introduced himself as the owner so im gonna take that as a big F.U. to me ...if your really in the market for good quality service from honest professional gun dealers drive 5 min down the road to D&L gun store real quality and Honest employees not to mention the biggest selection in R.I. and no hassle down payment fee back.save yourself the headache ide rather see that place close then put another dollar in that scam artist pocket.
