I meant to leave this review sooner but I bought a pair of boots from Westley at Red Wings in West Warwick about 4-5 months ago and the experience has still left me wonderfully impressed. I don't know if I've ever had a better shopping experience in my life, I'm 100% serious, he was that good. From knowledge, friendliness, and recommendations, it was truly a refreshing experience. I highly recommend this location and requesting to work with Westley. You will not be disappointed. This was my first time buying shoes from Red Wings, but they certainly have won a customer for life!

I just bought a pair of Red Wing Engineer boots #2966 earlier today at the Red Wing store in Warwick RI. The salesman named Will helped me. He was super knowledgeable, and cool. I’ve been wearing my new boots since I purchased them about 5 hours ago now.. they’re fantastic. Such beautiful boots! I think these are my new daily go to. Amazing quality! Beautiful craftsmanship. I love them. If you’re in the Northeast area, go to the Warwick store and see Will. Tell him Ryan sent ya, thank me later!

This location should revisit their diversity test. The first visit my husband had, he told me the associate there was reinforcing a sale for a size my husband never asked for and he politely went with it because he assumed she would be right with the sizing but unfortunately was wrong. We came in today to make the exchange- and she was hesitant and said the size would be unavailable before looking in her back stock nor offer to look at a different location. I work in retail and the way they handled this was unprofessional. There was no customer service from both employees, they seemed irritated when my husband asked if other locations had it in stock. We shouldn’t have to go out our way to ask when it should’ve been offered in the first place. Another couple walked in and they were so nice and went in depth with the boots detail, connecting with them and offering service. I’ll assume it was because of race.

I bought my very first pair of red wings and this is the store I came to first unfortunately they did not have in stock the boots I wanted, but they called the Seekonk store and Wes who is an associate there made sure they were in stock. They have a machine you walk on to see how much pressure you put down and The exact part of your foot you walk on. They also size you to the exact size for comfort. I’ve been wearing my boots for about a week and I am so happy that I bought these boots I highly Recommend Redwing And this store because they are very hospitable and have a very good bedside manner. Professional, kind and friendly are just a few attributes that the associates hold. I can’t say enough about this store. They are very so helpful. Thank you, fellas, and I appreciate you going above and beyond. They gave me the American flags to put on my boots and lucky thing they did because the Ceope store did not have them.

I must say my experience buying a pair of boots today was beyond 5 star! The staff was very helpful,they went above and beyond my expectations.The store manager went out of his way to help with my return and new purchase . I highly recommend the Warwick RI location

So far can't say I'm pleased with this location I've been here 3 different times and everytime there's ONE single person working in the store and 2+ people waiting for them. They need more staff here. Ridiculous to stand in a store for 20 minutes knowing there's people ahead of you. You basically need to reserve 1 to 2 hours of your day if you plan on trying anything on it seems

Made another visit when visiting the area. Twice in the last year, they carry any style for woman who have a size 9 -9.5 shoe. Tried getting mens boots that accommodate my size with no luck. After the site saying that they carried the size I was looking for. Disappointing.

Great experience, Westley and Joe tried to help me get a boot more comfortable giving solid recommendations. Westley was able to help with an Exchange and get me into a better boot that was way more comfortable for my wide feet. Definitely recommend going to this store working with Westley or Joe!

I had a great first experience at Red Wing. The customer service was excellent! They did a foot scan which determined the right boot and insoles for my feet. Once I selected the boots they gave me all the details on the warranty that comes with the boots. I cannot stress enough how good the customer service was I will definitely be back!

My significant other and I visited today to purchase new work boots, and we received *phenomenal* service from Joe—by far the best we've experienced at any Red Wing store. Joe’s expertise in boot fitting was absolutely impressive, but what truly stood out was his patience and genuine kindness throughout the entire process. He took the time to ensure we found the perfect boot size and recommended the ideal insole for a custom fit. If you want top-notch service, Joe is the go-to person. Thanks to him, this will now be our permanent Red Wing store, it was more than worth the drive.
