Awful experience. Starting from the manager to the assistant manager . They don’t help you or collaborate with another store to get the furniture you need. They careless, only there for a paid check that’s it!

Spoke with Jeremy about a washer. Within 20mins of the hanging up, I had Chad and Dave at my door with said washer. They were able to get everything hooked up and running, very quickly(even with my dumb old hookups.)
If I could give them more stars I would.
Jeremy locked in what I needed, with Chad and Dave solidifying I will be a repeat customer.

Went in talked to Lucy about 75 inch tv tells me how much it was going to be and give me a delivery date I insisted to see if I can carry it out. She told me no told her Back did an online order paid for it. Call the store telling me that my account is denied that they already took. My money went inside store. She kept on telling me that I couldn’t carry it out I kept on asking her if I can have a delivery date told me that I had to speak to Jeremy spoke to Jeremy and Jeremy ‘s like my employees are not wrong. I’m gonna sign with my employee real customer service right there employees are very ignorant.

Great place if your credit is rough or looking to have something insured while paying it off. Alright selection on stuff but with interest your paying a lot more than retail. Per usual with such leases

I love the guys here. They are all friendly and when I needed stuff they were willing to work with me. If anyone needs anything go see Jeremy and he will hook you up! He is an amazing manager. Just tell him Christina sent you!. Fantastic service and great delivery too. Shout out to Dave too! Always friendly and cares so much for family. Love you guys.

Online false advertising and false delivery date. Anyways I called them to finish processing my order and the rep was very unethical and full of anger from the start. That's a red flag and awakening of what's to come. Choose peace and go elsewhere.
