The birds are well cared for. Help with donations are always appreciated. ❤️ Corrie is a loving, caring person and is the most wonderful person. She works very hard. We love helping when we can. The parrots are like little children treated and trained with mutual love and respect.?

Brought some donations for the parrots at the rescue. Things like parrot food, toys, perches. All the birds are so beautiful and well cared for. Wonderful to meet Corrie! We will return.

My husband, Bob, and I have been volunteering at Rhode Island Parrot Rescue for almost two years. We were immediately welcomed into the RIPR family and have made many friends.Engaging with the flock is the highlight of our week. We have learned so much about parrots and in turn ourselves.It so heartwarming to witness precious feathered souls thrive as a member of our flock and then get adopted by a loving family. It is wonderful to see them thriving in their new homes.While volunteering, we bonded with a special-needs Lesser Sulfer Crested Cockatoo named Chablis. We have been blessed tevery day since she became a member of our family over one year ago. We are now forever part of the RI Parronts family.

This rescue has more heart then people in the world. The staff are passionate and knowledgeable about the feather children they care for. I adopted my Amazon from RIPR. Without RIPR hundreds of parrots would be in despair. Give a piece of yourself as a volunteer or monetarily. You will fill your soul in the most surprising way. Thank you RIPR! You are truly appreciated!

Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but are also extremely caring! Each one of these rescued parrots gets the care and love they deserve, and the volunteers are treated like family.

VERY knowledgeable employees! I unfortunately cannot remember the womans name, but she entertained all of my questions regardless of how overly simple they may have been. She spent about 30 minutes just helping me decide what kind of bird will be right for me, even knowing I wasnt going to be leaving with one. I highly recommend adopting from them, they take alot of pride in their jobs and the birds there definitely showed it

Everyone here puts their hearts and souls into the rescue. Truly wonderful people with an amazing mission. They love every bird that comes through their doors, giving them the very best care. They want the very best for the birds and their new families. Extremely thorough and go above and beyond including education and any other questions or concerns no matter how much time has passed since you have adopted. Without hesitation we would adopt again(we sure plan on it!)

I am so impressed. The birds are extremely well taken care of and receive love! They carefully vet any potential adopters and have a process in place -- this is not a "one and done" deal, so expect to make a couple visits! They are so willing to answer any and all questions, which I appreciate!I love that they ensure the bird is placed in a good, loving home and will be taken care off! So refreshing to see genuine care and concern for parrots ❤️
