We have just switched over from conventional phones to the VOIP system. Carlos, Scott and the whole team have been fantastic to work with. The system has given us, Pinnacle Plumbing and Heating, Inc., a more reliable, flexible and cost effective system. RI Telephone made the switch seamless.
