Do not ever go to this Safelite. I had my windshield replaced and after getting my car back I noticed my rearview mirror cover was hanging down. It was snapped inhalf and carelessly superglued back together. Nobody said anything to me about and were going to let me leave like that. It looked terrible. After bringing it to their attention it took them over a month to get me the new part that they broke. When they came to replace the part they broke it again. I told the technician it was not put in correctly since it was hanging down once again and he responded by saying "thats just how cadillacs are" and jammed it to stay up and left. I have now been waiting about 3 weeks for a call back from them about another part. I dont think this will ever be resolved because the manager just keeps stringing it along so now $400 and two months later im still left with a part of my car broken that was perfect when i came to the shop.

The woman at the desk hates her job.Get a new job unfriendly. Everyone else is friendly, and a great job on windshield replacement. They did all the paperwork with insurance.

I’m not even sure where to begin. Check-in was fine apart from the front desk woman being on her personal cell phone when I approached the desk. After hanging around while waiting for my windshield to be replaced, I could hear they were experiencing software difficulties that I do NOT blame these employees for. However, when my car finished up in just over an hour, I saw the technician pull my car around and drop my keys off. I waited about 15 minutes for the attendant to call me up and when she didn’t, I went up to inquire about my vehicle. I explained how I wasn’t able to submit payment online due to the Safelite website. She was also not able to view my work order as it was “locked by customer”, even tho I was also locked out of it. She proceeded to use her personal cell phone to call another store and gave my credit card information over the phone. Looking back, I’m extremely uncomfortable by this behavior. Upon getting in my car, the windshield looked great, but there was an empty McDonald’s latte cup sitting in my cup holder. There is NO reason for technicians to be eating or drinking in the vehicle of a customer. Upon bringing this to the attention of the attendant, she just said “okay”. They did a fine job with the windshield, but I will likely not be returning to this location. I’m willing to make the 20 minute drive to Johnston in hopes of better customer care. I’m sad to have to leave this review, but I want others to beware. I spent over $700 to have someone drink their latte in my car. Not okay.

I was able to make a next day appointment. The check-in went smoothly. The waiting room had a desk area and outlets to work on a computer. My appointment took double the time I was told. I started thinking it was odd that each tech told customers there were error codes. I had just had my car service at the dealer. I'm not sure how the codes factor into a windshield replacement.

2 for 2 cars... they will break you car and forget to put things back then tell you "it's an old cars, these things happen, nothing we can do"Found today that they never put back the water diverter under the windshield when the replaced it in my car, causing the electronics to get flooded and ruined. This is not and old car thing, this is laziness

Absolutely the lowest prices I've been able to find. Fast service. Been twice for 2 different vehicles, first one was excellent second vehicle was a little leas than excellent but issue was resolved very quickly. They forgot to put inspection sticker back on windshield and they also forgot to vacuum the broken glass in the car. Once I called and told them, they had me bring the car right back in and fixed the problems. Great service overall. Would highly reccomend.

Can't say enough about this branch of Safelite. Unfortunately the Attleboro store lets say had some issues with the same car and went through 4 windshields before we had enough and came to Warwick. Pleasurable and only had the car off the road for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Bravo Warwick!!! Top notch service!

The price quoted online was different at checkout. Was able to drop my car off and then pick up after hours with no problems. Will have to wait and see if the windshield holds up.

I was referenced to Safelite by my insurance company for the replacement of my 2018 Mustang Windshield. However, both my insurance company and Safelite failed to inform me that there is apparently different pricing for the parts needed coming through an insurance claim v. walking in off the street. I am not an insurance or windshield pricing expert just someone who was looking to get their car repaired so someone here should have advised me so I would have only paid the correct and fair market amount. My main issue is not that Safelite had to complete the installation twice, having not centered the windshield the first time, but rather the charge was apparently the full "insurance price" despite me paying the full amount out of pocket as cost was below my deductible. As I write this review, I feel I overpaid and should have perhaps obtained an off the street quote from Safelite before calling my insurance company...a lesson learned.

I had a reservation to drop my van off by 9:30am for windshield replacement.Van was dropped off at 9am and the place close at 5pm. after I was never notified of the van being ready, I showed up at 4:30pm hoping that it was about to be done.The van was parked in the same place it was left in the morning and it was never touched.This is awful!! Do not waste the peoples time

They repaired a small chip in my windshield and approximately a month and a half later it spread throughout the entire windshield. Their phone number does not allow you to speak with a representative. You can only activate through their website, which does not allow repair for any guaranteed work. Will not be working with this company ever again.

Had some initial issue contacting Warwick, RI office [5 dropped calls], but once we were in sync, the folks there did a fine job.

Great job! Great service! The auto braking system calibration ended up making the system better than factory!
