If I could give zero stars I would. Went there today and had my car cleaned by staff and had a few objects under my seat I didn’t know about and they blew them out of my car, or simply threw them out onto the wet floor including mail. My cleaning package included cleaning my doors and some coffee was preciously spilled on my door and they didn’t wipe it off. My trunk was not vacuumed and they told me previously they would clean it. The young ladies hang out by the door vaping to greet you which is a nice treat too and when I said I had an issue they immediately called the supervisor and he berated I and my wife about the situation. All the excuses in the world. All items need to be removed from your car, blah, blah, blah. I know that, and I only had one loose item I was aware of which was a can of fluid for my car. He didn’t seem to care one bit truly that some random small objects in our car which must have been hiding under the seats were left to doom in the wet puddles of his garage floor. No concept of caring for the customer at all. Car is still half dirty. On the positive side he did give a full refund as I upfront asked for it. The supervisor also told me that this was the first time someone complained to him about having a situation like ours. Never going back to this location ever again. All apologies were backhanded with blaming me and he didn’t want to address why my doors were still dirty. Awful service, no clue how to talk to customers. And to top it all off one of the vaping girls aka employees was tapping on a sign somewhat discreetly behind the supervisor which appeared to be about removing objects from your car before cleaning. Terrible place. Avoid.

Went through the wash last Saturday and Jayme was very professional and easy to talk to. I'm not going to lie he definitely sold me on the unlimited plan. He explained how much I would be saving, if I like to wash my car weekly. I really enjoyed my experience there. Best car wash experience I've had to date.
