Inadequate trained staff on POS system ( register) lack of night management ( daytime more than one ) unprofessional , rude and un trained staff I have seen as12-year customer I will no longer be going to this location recent staff changing have not been for the better of this location

Poor customer service! I put $10 in the coin machine in front of the camera and nothing came out. Alerted a worker, she puts a $1 in and it comes out. No one in the store has a key to the machine!!!! They could of easily checked and seen I just had put $10 in the machine if someone in the store had a key!!!! But no, only a manager can do it, and there was NO MANAGER WORKING IN THE STORE AT THE TIME! So I had to wait until Monday when the manager Jay comes in…..Totally fine but nope he doesn’t even check the machine and admits he threw my number away because my claim wasn’t “legitimate” because his worker put a $1 in and it worked. Another worker admitted they just don’t want a short draw, when the machine took my money! Why even take my number if you wasn’t going to check? Apparently, I’m a liar who created a fake story to steal $10?????????? Called cooperate and got transferred to a voicemail over and over! Completely unprofessional, would never come here again! Highly don’t recommend!

Price gouging at it's finest. $2.99 for 1 package of ramen? You can go to Family Dollar and buy a 5 pack for cheaper.

Today I was told by a Dunkin employee that I cannot go inside with my dog and asked me to leave. So the other customers stopped to stare which I found embarrassing. I am in there as a customer of Seasons and Seasons has always welcomed my dog. And I enter other Dunkin locations with no problem.Maybe I should go to Cumberland farms then.
