A few weeks ago, I went to pick up a curbside order. Half my order was missing. Didn't realize until after I got home. So I went back to Shaw's to get the rest of my order. A lovely young lady in the curbside pickup department was most helpful. Very polite and welcoming. One of my favorite places to shop (unlike the one up the road). Thank you for your service! As a man who works over 60 hours a week, curbside pickup saves me so much time. So far, never had any issues with the quality of the products I've purchased. Great place to shop!

Love the store, but please bring back the self checkout! I much prefer to scan and pack my own groceries. I understand some people may take too long in the self checkout, but the long cashier lines aren’t a good compromise. There are often only two people working while the self checkout is completely empty.

The man Rob that works in the self check out area is such an amazing employee. He has the most positive attitude and is so helpful with the customers. He assisted my elderly mother with her healthy eats card and was so helpful, he explained everything to her in great detail so she would know what she is allowed to purchase with her card. Not only that, but he even rang her all of her groceries for her and helped her cash out as well. He literally went above and beyond for her and I really appreciate him for that. You don't get that much anywhere anymore so I just wanted to make sure he is recognized for his great customer service and kind soul. 10 stars and a raise for Rob ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My family likes the selection and quality of goods available here. More than that we appreciate the amazing customer service. I come in with my chatty toddler most times and everyone is so sweet to him (especially the deli folks). However, today Judy in particular was my hero. While bagging our groceries my son went to look at the claw machine. He played it after and got very upset when he didn't win. I couldn't get him to calm down no matter what I tried. She saw and offered him some candy she had. That got him away from the machine and calmed him down. Very grateful for her and the wonderful staff at the 320 Warwick Ave

The cashier Felix is very helpful, he helped me bag my groceries, and put the bags in my cart.
I asked the Manager some time ago, to give him a thank you, but he didn't, so I want to thank the cashier Felix, a thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping a disabled customer, since the manager couldn't do it.
The district manager should know how helpful the cashiers are at the store. I'll give him a call.

Ive gone to this Shaw's for years and always loved it. Came to update the review today after ordering online. One portion of our order was missed and left at the store. When we called, Deonte was happy to help and even arranged a drop off for no additional fee. I've always sung the praises of this store and I'm happy to consistently see their dedication to customer service over the years.

The store itself is not bad. Produce is better than stop and shop on Warwick ave. That being said there is a dictator in glasses working the self checkout area who is not very kind and makes it uncomfortable. I never ask for help and can manage myself but she tends make remarks on how to scan items if she feels like it, if help is not requested it’s best to not comment! Some people are neurodivergent and do things differently

I understand that Shaws recently did a makeover and now has more products and lower prices. I like to shop at Trader Joes and Market Basket and only shop at Shaws when in a rush - so I was looking forward to the redo. Unfortunately, I was unable to discover the anything new in the areas that I shop in: fresh produce and healthy products. And I did not notice ANY lower prices. In fact, Shaws looks the same as ever: dreary and unexciting with not too much in the way of healthy items (although better than S&S). There is PLEANTY in the way of processed Items containing saturated fat, tons of salt, and sugar. Shaw's ready-to-go meals are absolutely unhealthy. For me, it's back to Trader Joe's, Market Basket and occasionally Daves. Whole Foods is still out of my price range. I cannot recommend Shaws.
