When I went in for gas this afternoon the pump wasn’t working. I asked for help and the lady was so disrespectful, wasn’t willing to help and punked me off. Never going there again

Never have receipt paper at pumps! When it's below freezing, I have to take a child out of the warm car and go inside just to get a receipt. None of the employees ever fill the receipt paper at the pumps or fixes jams. It takes all of a minute to do!

Super friendly staff. The morning manager is seriously the best! She knows many regulars by name and if she doesn't know your name shes still friendly. The weekend staff is awesome too. Store is always clean and barring issues with the slushy machines well stocked and rarely out of stock on items. They are on the pricy side but look at the inflation strangling the nation right now. Overall one of the best visits you'll make on your morning commute!!

DISGUSTING!!! - September 16th 2022 10:30 a.m. at Speedway gas station having a bathroom emergency I ran into the store to find both restrooms with signs saying “out of order” BECAUSE I was in great pain I (POLITELY) asked the 2 ladies behind the counter if both restrooms were TRULY out of order. A woman identified as Nicole, that was sitting down on a chair doing absolutely nothing, sarcastically and very angrily said YES they are both out of order. I know she said muttered something else nasty to the point that I was stupid for asking when the signs posted were obvious. Because I was in such distress and feared an accident right there… I asked how could they both be out of order at the same time?…. and again in a very sarcastic angry aggressive way she said “that's just the way it is”. She was so insulting, and told told her that “I didn’t appreciate being spoken to like that” She told me to get out the store using the F word… I could not believe it… I just walked out stunned.This is very a general recollection of how the conversation went - honestly I was shocked and a little preoccupied with my emergency. I may not remember word for word what was said but what everything stated here including the "F word" is 100% true. I can truly say that I spoke politely until I was cursed at, made to feel like an idiot and told to leave the store. If Ms Nicole or her co-worker have a different story, they are simply lying. This woman should be fired immediately. She should not be allowed to represent Speedway or any other business serving the public.
