The Warwick Staples store has associates who lie and scam the customers!! I have a clear picture of the had written sign that was placed on top of the product that I purchased. when I got home, I realized the price was incorrect, so I called the store and the associate Zach would not transfer me to a manager and then continued to lie, saying that there was never any sign and I even let him know I had a picture of said sign. Work on hiring honorable associates!!!!

They always have what I need in stock and my order is always ready as indicated when I order online. They staff is attentive, and I like the recycling program they offer.

If you want bad service come see the lady with the half blue hair at the printing section. She didn’t want to help us at all. we asked her a question she rolled her eyes, if you don’t wanna be in customer service, I don’t understand why you’re there. we were about to print 100 page and she was like “I don’t have the paper for that” so we just walked out and went somewhere else where they appreciate my business

I don’t know what’s happened to Staples over the years, but they used to be an outstanding company and they don’t stand up to the same set of standards they used to. Their Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired especially the store manager in the Warwick store on Bald Hill Rd. Not only does he lack in personality, but he lacks and friendliness and apparently knowledge. When I asked, the customer asked a question about something on my computer he rolled his eyes at me.. I’m sorry but as a manager does not seem acceptable? Like I said, I don’t know what happened to the Customer Service but they’ve lost it!

I had the absolute best experience working with Sonny at Staples for a recent printing project. I came in under the wire, and they quickly assisted with professionalism, patience, and a great attitude. They went above and beyond to make sure everything came out perfectly, offering expert guidance and thoughtful suggestions along the way.
This was by far the best printing service and customer support I’ve ever received at any Staples hands down.

I had a good experience buying a desk chair. Selection was good and although the first store didn't have the model I picked out on the sales floor, they were available at another store nearby.
