The reviews say it all!!
I heard from someone that this was the place to take your car. After reading through the reviews, I thought if I could get half the results others had had I’d be in great shape!
My transmission started leaking over the long Columbus Day weekend, so I called them first thing in the morning that Tuesday after when they opened. I was greeted by Lori who was super kind and helpful. After some discussion she brief hold to go confer with Steve. Then Steve got on the call to get some more information and get an idea of the issue at hand.
I had AAA tow the car and within an hour Steve had already called me with a diagnosis and quote!
The car was repaired and ready by the end of the day at a super fair and honest price!
I now recommend Sully’s to everyone!
It’s awesome to find a place you can feel confident knowing that you and your vehicle are being taken care of with integrity.
We live in Rhode Island people.
We all “know a guy”.

Do not leave your vehicle here if your expecting your car done in a timely manner. And the lack of communication is crazy i was told it would be a quick 2 hour service that was over a week ago haven’t heard since.

I ran over debris on the road that popped my tire and coincidentally broke down right in front of Sully’s. Even though it was after business hours, the owner came out to check on me while I was in the middle of figuring out what to do. He saved the day - patched my tire on the spot and did not even charge me. Incredibly generous and kind, especially to go out of his way to offer his help when his shop was closed. I had been getting my car serviced at BMW previously and will be switching to Sully’s now. Highly recommend.

If I could give more stars I would. I called Steve and told him I needed new brakes and possibly a tire valve. I was questioning myself as to how safe my car was to drive. He told me that brakes are quick and to bring my car. I did and it was done in a couple of hours. He offered even to give me a ride home, but I said I would walk. He was honest, reasonable and pleasant. I can see why his ratings are so high and everyone recommends Sully’s on the Warwick FB page as well. Thanks again Steve, you will definitely see me again if I need work again if I need work done. ?

Great mechanic. Went to another mechanic who screwed up my car badly. Sully’s got the problem fixed and the best part it was $200 less than the other guys quote. Will be using Sully’s from now on. Thanks again!

DO NOT go here if you care about your car. Went there last month for a standard oil change. When I get home, l see smoke coming from under the hood. They split oil all over the engine and somehow on the inside of the hood cover, and made absolutely no attempt to clean it up. I wish I could give zero stars. The owner should be ashamed of himself!

Never felt more compelled to leave a review than the one I am leaving now.
I was driving back from cape cod and my VW started over heating. At 430pm. Everything is starting to close down and I call the owner where he tells me it’s late, but if I can come soon he can take a look at it. I take my time because I have no choice as the car overheats every quarter mile.
Nevertheless I make it there and he jumps on it as soon as he cans. He found out there a piece that broke off from the coolant or water heater and was losing all my coolant. And OfCourse at this time all the shops were closed.
The owner saw I was upset as I had my family with me and needed to get home which was two hours away. He asked me to give him a minute as he tries to bypass the problem that was wrong. 20 mins later he asked me to start the car and to my surprise the car was not overheating. He told me I should be good to go and to take a break after a hour of driving then continue home after that.
By the grace if god and the owner of Sully’s my family and I made it home safe without the car over heating. I’m leaving this review to show the owner of Sully is fair , thinks on his feet, and extremely knowledgeable. And ontop of that he didn’t charge me. If I can leave 10 stars I would. This guy is the man !! If you’re in the area and have problems definitely stop by. He will take good care of you.
