It is a locally owned business with a large selection of amazing e-liquid and vape juice. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, super nice, and helpful, providing the best customer service around. They are happy to answer any questions and help guide customers, allowing people to vape with confidence. Customers find it to be their new favorite vape place, their most favorite shop, and the best in vaping. Many use both Rhode Island locations exclusively, noting one is near home and one near work, which is perfect. Visitors from out of state also highly recommend it, planning to return. Some customers have experienced a recent issue with the website redirecting to a different store, but the physical shops remain highly praised for their products and service.
