Very friendly and helpful staff. I came super early in the morning to get a limited item, that only had one inventory marked left. Maria was incredibly helpful and found it in the backroom! Many other staff would have said if it's not in the front, then it's not available.

Absolutely ZERO people to answer phones apparently... Called 4 different departments just trying to get a hold of guest services about an order I placed and no one answered. Called for 15 minutes... What happened to target?

I will always shop at target but I need it to be known that rude checkout clerks - especially named Donna- are the reason checkouts are becoming more self checkout. Next time I’ll do it myself, clearly Donna had other places to be and I was bothering HER!!! how dare I 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

This store has drastically gone down hill over the years. It gets dirtier every time I step foot into the establishment. Whether it be rubbish everywhere or items just thrown about in any given location. You walk into the store and before entry you notice the rubbish bins filled to the brim, something that one may take as sign for how the rest of the store looks I suppose.
I swear half of the staff is unknowledgeable about locations or any sales going on at any given moment. I can ask an employee on the floor about sales and they have no clue what I’m talking about or I’ll ask the cashier who also doesn’t know what I’m talking about.
There are a few out outliers that take the time to help you out if you have questions and if they don’t know what you’re talking about they take the time to figure it out and do the best to inform you. Ones that come to mind are the shorter woman with the colored hair, the young man that wears a red cap, the young girl at the electronics desk and the shorter woman who’s in charge some nights at the registers. Sorry for those I’ve mentioned here, I just don’t interact with you enough to know your names.
My wife swears by this location and I say it’s more approachable of a store than the one connected to the mall down the road but even she has been getting frustrated with this store.
This is mainly the reason I’m writing this review now. She had an encounter Friday night with whoever was in charge and did not come out of this confrontation pleased. Mind you she is no “Karen” and is very patient and kind… but she said the woman was especially nasty towards her.
This store could be a promising 4⭐️ shopping experience if they would clean it up, be more informed and properly punished the staff for such unpleasant and rude behavior.

I gave it a 3. I actually like this store but last week I was denied buying 2 pixar cars because they were not supposed to be delivered to this target. I found them again today. I was denied again. They shouldn't have put them back up with the other cars knowing these cars shouldn't have been delivered here. This time I took pictures because I am disgusted at this. I will be back tomorrow to see if they are back up for sale. I did contact corporate over this issue as well. I have been a loyal shopper for years. I have a redcard and a circle account. I am truely disgusted that workers put them back up for sale. Pure laziness.

30 people in front of me in a line on a random Friday at 2pm. One register open for customers. Do better target, you didn’t get the customers by providing poor service. So improve or start losing them. Absolutely horrendous management. I see not one person resembling management trying to control the situation or improve it in any way. I’d lose my mind if I find out their on a computer somewhere in the back being useless. Thank you
