Ive always had a good experience with this bank location, but because TD has compartmentalized its loan dept, you literally can't even talk to a loan officer except over the phone. I own my own home COMPLETELY, mortgage 100% paid off ..no back taxes.. Yet because its a facless underwriter, they denied me a 10k loan with a loan payment of only 2 hundred bucks a month... Despite having a high credit score, they denied me saying that because i dont have any debt, & dont use my credit cards enough, they won't give me a loan. What kind of bank won't take a home conservatively valued at over 300k as collateral for 10k loan? I mean, if i didn't pay, you'd make a 290k profit on a home 4blocks from the beach! This country, & these banks who continue to bankrupt our economy & then get bailed out with OUR taxes, are nothing but a drain on society & the economy as a whole.. They dont even care about making money because at the end of the day, they'll just get bailed out if they bankrupt the entire market.. Its a sick & twisted institution that will only lend to people who are drowning in debt..

My wife went earlier today at 340pm and the women who assisted her was so awful. Blonde hair, glasses, middle aged. I have seen other reviews on similar treatment to others at this location. The women was so rude arguing with my spouse in a very unprofessional way and making a scene and embarrassing her. Speaking with attitude and insinuating she was some kind of criminal just because they closed our joint account without telling us. She had no idea what was happening and was just trying to deposit a check. My father had given me a check the weekend before that was under review that was later denied. I had called the bank to ask why and realized my father wrote the check out to the roofing company instead of me who was paying the roofing company. A very simple thing to overlook. No one deservers to be treated that way. I hope that lady is reprimanded in some way. All she had to do was assisted my wife not make a scene about a misunderstanding. we have only had an account with TD bank for around 3-4 months. I have never been treated this way by an institution. Don't bother opening an account with this bank. The harsh treatment and lack of communication isn't worth it.

Nice staff. Not great bank if you will eventually need a car loan. It's a out of bank service.

Not the branch, the 1-800 custoner service. Absolutely the worst bank ever! The LEAST CONVENIENT! Not to mention rude and ignorant customer service! I have never had such an awful experience as I have with TD BANK! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!
