I’ve been to many jewelry stores for repairs and she is by far the best around. She does things the other jewelers have said that can’t be done. They are extremely busy because everything is done right there. Nothing gets sent somewhere else to get done. Love this place!!

I have been meaning to formally review my incredible experience with Tebeca Jewlers for a while now! Ever since I got engaged last July, I'm frequently reminded of my positive experience because for nine months now, I've received daily compliments regarding my engagement ring and how beautiful the diamond is. They aren't wrong - Terry worked tirelessly (after hours and days off included) with my fiance, mom, and future mother-in-law to create my dream engagement ring! I truly cannot say enough good things about Terry and our experience at Tebeca Jewlers. We can't wait to come back and pick out our wedding bands soon (:

Poor customer service. Brought in repairs worth over $600 in May. Left numerous messages and spoke with staff....when finally found the rings stated "do you know how busy we are." If she had just apologized wouldn't have been so unprofessional. END OF AUG HAD TO SEND A PICTURE OF THE RECEIPT FOR THEM TO FIND IT.Offered to give them receipt number but couldnt find it that way. Unfortunate since theirwork is good, seem very friendly when you drop off but they are unaware of a basic business practices. Do not recommend!them.whnusing them messaged I left , phone # on receipt
