Chris at Tech 911 is a true professional in his field. I have been to several other phone and tech companies over the past year to try and resolve a phone line issue and not one helped to solve my problem. I met with Chris and just 15 minutes later he had a solution to my problem. The real kicker is he saved me over $2000 a month across my personal and business lines. I was being ripped off!! Fixed my battery port, it has to be glued back into place. It was done the same day but some sort of phone miscommunication must’ve happened. They said they called me but checking my phone log I did not receive a call. That and the very stiff battery port are the only complaints I have.
