the woman who worked with me was lovely. however, I had some issues applying the paint and went back. the 2 reps who waited on me did not even bother to open up the paint. they simply told me that I purchased their lowest quality paint and I should have bought the higher quality AND their primer. I explained that I don't have this issue with the basic Home Depot or Lowes paint and will shop there from now on.

Customer service person was helpful, courteous, and pleasant. However, none of their workers or customers had on masks. No excuse during this current COVID spike to show so little care for others.
