Took a fleet vehicle (company car) to Town Fair Tire in Warwick for snow tires. The staff were were friendly, responsive, and professional. There were some complications with the fleet vehicle management which Kevin found a way to resolve. They went above and beyond what I would have expected.

Kevin took the time to explain the different types of tires after listening to what I wanted. The service was spot on with times and very professional. I won’t go anywhere else going forward!!

Had to get a couple new tires and fix an alignment issue. Hannah was a huge help, and made getting in and out as easy as possible. She proved extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question i had and then some!

I had an unexpected flat tire on my way back from my lunch break at work. Kevin at Town Faire Tire made what could have been such a stressful event so easy. I had my car towed to the Town Faire Tire in Warwick and Kevin handled everything for me and had my car ready to go by the time I was out of work. Literally the friendliest customer service I’ve experienced since moving to Rhode Island and it’s been 4 years. Highly recommend.

I had a very difficult challenge. I ran over a pointed quartz rock and damaged both front and rear tires on the driver side. AAA came and changed the front tire to a donut and I drove back home. When I arrived home, the rear tire had lost most if it’s air as well.
After I rented a car, I dropped off the damaged tire at TFT and that’s when Marcus took charge and helped me through a difficult 2 days, including the Easter Holiday, after which, Marcus had gotten 2 tires had repaired/replaced and ready to mount on my car on the following Monday. Thank you Marcus and TFT! Well done.

David was fantastic with assisting me while I had a nail in my tire. My tire needed to be ordered, it came in and was taken care of next day. Service was friendly and helpful, which as a female is always pleasant to see from a tire shop!

I had a great experience at town fair tire with Dave. He greeted me with a smile. He spent a lot of time explaining the different tires, the pros and cons and helped me pick the best set of tires that would meet my needs. I made an appointment, Drop my car off service was fast and efficient. I highly recommend Town Faire tire
