I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my experience at Tumbletown Laundromat. If I could give a zero for my experience then I would. It is concerning to see that the establishment has employed individuals who display unprofessional attitudes and have troubling legal backgrounds. Specifically, I am perplexed by the hiring of a staff member who has a record that includes multiple serious charges related to child cruelty and neglect resulting in death.
Given that Tumbletown Laundromat serves families regularly, I believe it is essential to prioritize a safe and welcoming environment for all customers. It may be beneficial for management to review their hiring practices to ensure that they align with the values of the community they serve. This would help to enhance the overall experience for families who rely on your services. Thank you for considering this feedback.

The site is always clean. The staff are helpful. Always with a smile
I have them, wash, dry and fold my orders. The results are beautiful. My clothes, blankets, sheets and towels never looked or felt better.

Place is gross. If the health department inspected laundromats this one would be closed down. Smells of sewerage.

They won’t refill the machine you use to buy the detergent/freshners/dryer sheets, which charges only a dollar a piece. When you go and ask they say you have to buy it at the register for $5. And when explained the machine is an only a dollar they say oh well and that the boss says that’s how it is. Pretty sure that’s not fully legal, just another disappointing laundromat with mediocre staff at best. Night time worker(lady) is lazy and ignorant.

I paid extra for hot water for two machines, but the water was cold. I asked for the money back and they literally gave me a quarter! I’m pretty sure the owner has the hot water shut off on purpose to save money and is charging people for it. Place is filthy.

Had a flood at home, dropped off a huge amount of laundry and bedding to all get washed from a flood. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and stuff came out amazing !

I don't normally care to write a review, or leave any for that matter, but I figured I'd give it my best "Karen" impression here, since I was super offended by the newer owner. But a zero star would much better suffice.My family and I have been going to this laundry mat since early 2000's before it was sold to the owner. We spend more than $60/week whenever we go, since we use big washers - even though our clothes isn't much for a great clean wash (since the smaller washers doesn't work well). Even at the W. Warwick location we have recommended them to our family, as you can see we have been loyal costumers, to say the least.Today, I went in with a little load of clothes that didn't dry at my apartment, with my loyalty rewards card, that I use everytime we spend and wash/dry our clothes there. While I was placing my clothes, the owner (who doesn't recognize me) comes up and asks me, "excuse me, but did you wash those clothes here?" I honestly replied, "No, but I wash/dry here every weekend," and he said, "Well, you can't do a free dry here," to which I replied, "Wait a minute - I paid for my laundry here to be washed and dried due to prepaying over the weekend and using my rewards card, so therefore, it's not free. It's still paid for regardless."He then said, "I'm just saying for future reference, you can't do that," and I said, "Why? My entire family does our laundry here for years," and he quickly said arrogantly, "do you know who the owner is?" I said, "yes, you (I at least recognize him, yet he can't remember his loyal customers)!" Then, he goes, "Mmhhmm," and I was just so turned off, that's why I'm writing this. I told him I don't understand why he's gotta come at me like that, when I paid for the use of washers/dryers there. Finally, he says, "No, I wasn't trying to say anything like that," but continued to say something under his breath as he walks away.As I walk away to my car, he proceeds to look at me like I was at fault, and that I was lucky enough to be let to use the dryers there - the services I PAID FOR!!! Such entitlement and arrogance to show to a loyal customers. And not for nothing, this place had gone down since he's owned the business. Everything got expensive, machines are always out of order, and there was a lengthy time where dryers weren't available due to a fire that occurred, BUT never did he do anything for his customer then. Nor did he offer insensitive for "free" drying then did he.I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere and will tell my family to do so as well. Such a shame. I wish the previous owner still ran the place. At least he was loyal, new his customers, and was kind.

Sad to say but this place is going into the toilet. I don't know what is happening but how can they operate when half the machines are "out of orde" and the other half is for the attendant.

Very unprofessional. I went in there tonight and there wasn’t a single worker!!! My clothes got stuck in the washer and there was no one around. The place is completely unlocked and unsupervised! So unsafe!

2nd time this happened. NO ONE ON SITE.Doors unlocked, the place is a mess, bathroom smell. Have to look through the machines to find clean ones. The hrs are convenient so I like going at that time but dang. No one cares anymore.3 customers in the place including myself. I had to help the couple get their card because the attendant left. No employee was on site for a good .5 hour. Shameful for a business.

This place has a never ending crew of clerks so no one ever has experience with the system. They charged me 2x for the same bill and then put the extra bill on their deadbeat wall for months despite my not owing them anything. Besides the wash dry fold service burns your clothes to a crisp.
