I placed an order before xmas for 3 walkie talkies to be shipped to my grandson in Ann Arbor Mich. As of March 1 the product hasn't been recieved. Contacting them has been impossible. HELP!!! Upon reaching them we discovered an issue with the out of country payment. They remedied the issue and sent the product overnight. VERY IMPRESSIVE

Ordered radios to help my elderly neighbor keep in touch in january. She frequently falls and cant always call for help on the phone. We have sent 2 emails requesting information on our order and have recieved nothing back!!

Took two months for them to ship my product!! That is absolutely insane! Not happy!! It is now January 12 and I still have not received my headphones. I will never shop with this company again!
