Employees were nice I was trying to ship a package. 2nd ups i went to They couldn't print my pick up tag Then I got a QR code. They scanned it and then they still could not print it and then ended going to fedex

Great service. Spoke to dispatch about my package with a bad address. The rerouted it to the correct address and had it delivered shortly afterwards. What a great experience and they were so friendly!!!

United Parcel Service (UPS) always delivers their packages on time or at least for me. And the drivers always handle the packages with care. Which is why I will choose UPS or USPS over FedEx. Go Brown.
