The employees there are always very nice. They greet you with a smile and always tell you to have a nice day. Very fast service. I only use this store for my returns and shipping needs.

I walked into the UPS store today and was met with such frustration. I was standing in the wrong end of the line with no one else in the store and was rudely told I was standing on the wrong side of the rope line. Then I explained I didn’t see arrows and the manager rudely points to the arrow and says “well they are right there” then I asked for her name several times only to be met with even more attitude. I said that I would call and talk to the manager only for to tell me good luck cause she was the manager. I can not believe I was treated so rudely just because I was on the wrong end of the line with not another customer in sight. Poor customer service!!!

Convieneint, plenty of parking, open 7 days, & the staff is mostly friendly - mostly. Once in a while you'll get someone who never looks up! Prices are generally higher than USPS but you get better tracking and service if a package is loct or damaged.
