What a great experience getting our kids their passports. We made an appointment, had all the proper documents and got there on time. No wait, took less time than quoted. Ricardo was patient with the kids' photos and was very professional. Love the newer set up of doing all steps at the front. Wasn't a fan of going into the back in a dank room years ago.
Tips: they accept checks, no need for a money order - have your form filled out prior to arrival, they will reschedule you otherwise - have your birth certificate and license readily available

Wish I would have read the reviews because this post office does absolutely nothing to help you with any type of mail. It should be called a passport office and that's it. Leave it to the government to screw you over as usual.

Out of all the negative reviews, I think the opposite. This postal service is the absolute best. Terris helped me with the process of my passport and making sure I get it on time and he was very understanding professional and explained everything well. His customer service is phenomenal! I will definitely recommend anyone that needs to get their passport or renew it to come to this office as they are well-trained and can help you through everything. Thank you, Terris!

They either lost or stole my package first they said they sent it to wrong address when I live on a street not a Blvd then told me they tried to retrieve my package and where ever they went to get it the person said they gave it back to Amazon first of all I did not order from Amazon and it clearly says on my email it was delivered by usps postal office so why would you give it back to Amazon if it wasn’t from Amazon or delivered by Amazon nothing they have to say make any sense

You can't buy stamps or any type of postage at this location. You can apply for a passport here and pick up mail you put on hold or large packages that you wanted held at the office instead of delivering, to avoid them from getting stolen at your delivery address.

No clue this location has no window service meaning no postage sales or outgoing packages.

Had a passport renewal appointment for 10am . Waited untill 11:15am to be taken care of because the guy was filling up the position and doesn't have an idea of what he's doing. I hope after all this inefficiency I get a new passport. Any other country in the world you can get a passport same day or within days here in the US. Burocracy and inefficiency takes weeks. Worse times are coming to United States. Politicians are not doing their jobs . I have done my kids passport and my previous passport as well and always horrible experience.

This post office sucks its not even a real one all they allow is passport services. If you want to do express , certified mail, Buy stamps, Send packages you cant do it here at this location. I just moved to the area and wasted uber money coming to this one im going to the other one now on 3205 post road location
