Thomas saved my sanity!! I broke my phone at the worse possible time. I have a big event this weekend and absolutely needed my phone as I am the contact person For dozens of people. Thomas talked me off the ledge almost immediately and clearly told me what could be done. He explains things very well and immediately made me feel comfortable. Not only did I get a new phone, but I also got a new iPad. Thomas was able to find deals for me That fit within my budget and I am grateful to him. You have an excellent employee in Thomas!

Ryan was amazing!! I lost my brother recently and had to shut off his phone along with fixing my account. It was a tough one for me! Ryan was very patient and kind even when he had to stay past closing to get it all done!

Sarah went upbove and beyond when we first came to her about our problems with both phones for about a week when Verizon support tech and supervisors couldn't help us she was very pleasant and understanding with our problems and all I can say is she is very much under paid for the job well done by her and all I can say is you made us very happy when no one else could do it thank you very much Sarah ?
