I hope you read this and address your customer service which is in need of help.i tried for three weeks to create the auto pay account. After numerous calls, I believe 6 to different sources for help I was ready to give up. I was sent to a Verizon store at centre of new England in coventry and the employee there , doing nothing, told me they just do phones. Waste my time. I finally reached your phone agent , who should be nominated employee of the month. He spent an hour because the app is not as user friendly as you want it to be directing customers to use. I wrote the agents name down and now unable to retrieve. Please take this survey seriously.

Awful! One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Could not get a straight answer. The wait at a location is way too long. All they think about is $$$$---never we, the customer.

Dude was barely interested when we just needed assistance. We pay a ton and have been customers well over 10 years. Too bad commission was clearly his only interest. Looking elsewhere. Considering another company if the next Verizon we visit is as callous as this place. We shall see.

Go to either Best Buy or Verizon app for a much better and smoother experience

I unfortunately dealt with two very incompetent employees today. I went to Verizon to pick up by iPhone 15. I parked in the spot outside and the employee came out with my phone. He checked my license, and then handed me the bag. I thought nothing else and headed home. 15 minutes later, I was home and looking at the bag. There was a receipt stapled to the outside, that clearly did not say my name. So now I had to inconvenience myself and head back to Verizon. A less honest person would have kept the phone. I went back to Verizon and spoke to the person who handed me the bag, who then blamed it on another guy, who at that point joined in the conversation. So I guess employee one looked for a bag that said Bianca and grabbed the first one he saw, not bothering to verify the last name. Then the second employee gets the bag, obviously not bothering to look at the name of the bag, because if he did, after looking at my license he would have seen the names did not match. The worst part was these two idiots did not even offer an apology. I do not understand how they are so careless with merchandise that is very expensive. The phone I got is iPhone 15, and the phone they gave me is an iPhone 15 pro. This other phone was hundreds more than mine. I do not recommend coming here, and if you do, make sure you are handed the right stuff.

Worst customer service. Went in just to schedule an appt to have a technician come to my home after trying on the phone first for over an hour. Thought it would just be easier to go to a store to make an appt. Walk in and there were 3 customers already waiting and no employees in sight. After a few minutes an employee came out of the back and said they would get us checked in in a minute. He walk out the door and I saw him walking around in the parking lot. Two customers left and I asked the other one if they had seen any employees other than the one who left. They said there were 4 employees and they were all in the back. I decided to give them 5 minutes. One employee came out and grabbed his phone and went back in to back room. Of course I left too. Looks like it is time to get rid of FIOS.

Don't fall for Verizon's phone trade in offers. I fell for the scam back in June of 2022. It is January 2024 and I am still trying to resolve the billing issues with Verizon. I have my receipts and emails directly from Verizon stating my trade in was successful and they would be correcting my billing issue. After 80 hours on the phone with Verizon, still not resolved. BTW - don't waste your time with local Verizon stores/franchisees (especially the Westerly, RI store) for they don't have any resolution power. They just there to push product like drug dealers do. Wait, aren't cell phones an addiction too? Hello Verizon, I see you comment about escalating my issue. BTW, it was supposed to be escalated since August of 2022. I would appreciate it if I actually heard back from Verizon. Please feel free to contact me. Don't you need my number to do so?

I gave them a second chance... Still tried to rob me. I decided to definitely go with unlimited. I only needed it on two of my three phone lines. I walked in and was asked my name and it was put in their system. I waited for a salesman to see me. I wound up with a guy that, apparently, I was inconveniencing. I told him what I wanted to do and he said he had to go in the back to see what the pricing would be. I've never had a salesman do that before. Usually they can just run it up on their tablets. After 10-15 minutes, he came back and said the best he could do was $225 a month. Excuse me? I didn't think I heard him correctly. I told him it was a lot less if I did the switch online. He said it was the best he could do. I wasn't even getting a new phone for this. $225 a month??? I left pretty mad about this. At this point, if I drove past an AT&T or T-Mobile store on my way home, I was going to switch immediately. It just so happened the first store I came upon was a different Verizon store, Verizon Victra. I wanted to see if they came up with the same assessment. They said they could give me the unlimited I wanted on two lines and leave the third with 2 gig for $140 a month. I signed with them. As I was there, I decided I should get a new phone. I bought two new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultras. So due to almost losing my business from Verizon, the first salesman also lost a pretty good commission on two phones. I won't go back there again. The real funny part is that even with the new contract and two new phones, I'm still paying less than the best he could do.

I bought 5 accessories online with a discount. Each item is discounted individually. I just need to return 1 of them. I was told that the remaining 4 will be charged by the full price. If I want to return 1, I need to pay more!!! Ridiculous!!!!.

Went in Thursday November 30th with my iPhone that I can only described as being possessed. Siri was talking like she was a layer In an ad for a used car dealer and I could not use my touchscreen. Was greeted at the door by Jesse and another gentleman and they were able to get me back into my phone extremely fast. Awesome guys all around thanks again Jesse!
