Mario helped me yet again! I couldn't figure out why my watch was no longer communicating with my cellphone. He solved the problem right away. I was in and out of the store in like 5 minutes. He's phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend him!!

I randomly went into Verizon in Warwick on Bald Hill Road just to ask some questions about my data usage. Lucky for me, Mario greeted me and answered my questions. Now- I did have an iPhone 11 and it’s always running out of space etc. but really no major issues. As I have a background in sales- I will let you know he never pressured me to buy a new phone but he took the time to show me that my old AF plan and phone are costing more. So- I went for it and now have a new phone and he took time to install all my old pics and apps and installed the case/glass protector and put the warranties on everything. He is super patient and walked me through everything. I’m so glad I went there and this was the result! Highly recommend.

Our service representative was wonderful. He presented us with the best information. It was clear that he enjoyed his job and understood the process. He explained the pricing and made sure we had everything we needed.
The problem was in the AI program and the internet service. This slowed down the whole process. These issues caused us to have to spend more than two and a half hours in the store! During this time we were not offered any water and the stools were uncomfortable.

Best phone changeover ever .We were all skeptical about getting new phones and saving all of our data ?..We were treated to a very Relaxed atmosphere with a great rep Marcus who I can truly say knows his stuff for sure!! A true asset to this Verizon Store!! Great Experience and Marcus got us all through it without a glitch!! Thanks Again!

Sam has a friendly demeanor and was very thorough, professional, and patient when he helped me set up my daughter’s iPad.I’ve been to this Verizon store several times and was helped by different reps. The customer service experience has consistently been positive and would recommend this store.
