I had the best encounter with a woman who worked behind the register, Janet C. She was wonderful and made my day. She told me I have a beautiful face and smile. Totally made my day I wanted to cry. You really do not know what people are going through in life and it’s so important to treat everyone with grace and be complimentary of others.

I Just Picked up a prescription for my daughter and was told there was another prescription for my granddaughter at the other Walgreens on Warwick Avenue across from Dave’s market i went to that Walgreens waited 15 minutes in line They told me that my granddaughter‘s prescription was at the Walgreens that had just left, i went back to the Walgreens Across from McDonald’s on Warwick Avenue The pharmacy tech that had just given me the prescription for my daughter told me my granddaughters prescription wasn’t ready. This prescription was Sent over from the doctor at 1 PM it is now 315. when I asked what the delay was I was told that she wasn’t the only prescription that they were filling,
I find Walgreens pharmacy staff to be very unprofessional and rude with a disregard for a customers time and the need to start a prescription in a timely manner
Their customer service is horrible!
This is one of the reasons why I transferred My prescriptions to CVS

I called to see if they have my med and was on hold for 15 minutes. Once they picked up, was on hold for another ten minutes. I finally hung up and just drove there because it’s close by. 4 people working and was told they were short staffed. Pretty sad I couldn’t get a question answered without walking into the store to ask.

I was looking to see if my granddaughters prescription had been filled. James answered the phone and was so polite and helpful.

It's ridiculous that the pharmacy is closed on weekends. At least have it open half days on weekends instead of forcing sick people to call their doctor to contact another pharmacy because the Walgreens in another location won't accept a new prescription without a call. The kicker is the prescription was called in on Friday.

I wish I was possible to give a 0 or a negative score. Pharmacy is now closed the weekends cause they don't have staff. Not my problem. Haven't had my meds in now 3 days and its now not ready...the girl at the window was ignorant as all hell. Don't know who raised her but she shouldn't be in the medical field. Coming from someone who works in the field...never again. I loved walgreens vs CVS. Guess what...this girl is now CVS all the way. Thanks Walgreens for the reminder that you no longer need my business.

The store manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. He was so rude and rotten towards me when asking for help. I don’t need you swearing under your breath in front of my child. Shame on you and happy to take my business where it’s appreciated. NEVER again and will let everyone know how awful this store is.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unacceptable practices and behavior from the pharmacy. I have switched to CVS. My most recent visit to refill my birth control was the most horrific experience with any pharmacy in my entire life.I am a female who takes birth control, I also recently got married and changed my last name. I get a notification that there is an insurance issue with filling my birth control script. I call in the morning thinking it was due to my last name changing. I speak with a rep who changed my name in their system and says everything should be all set. My husband goes to pick up my script. He is told that they cannot fill my birth control because in their system I am showing as "non-binary". They tell my husband this is an insurance issue.Husband and I call our insurance immediately. We are told that I am in the system with my correct new last name and that I am listed as a female and that there is nothing indicating otherwise. I call the medical professionals that I see to see if somehow in their system I show up as "non-binary". Nope. I call the pharmacy who insists it is an insurance issue. My insurance calls them and they finally fill my birth control. I call (irritated I will admit) to ensure that I will actually be able to get my birth control that day. I go to pick it up and the employees snicker and laugh amongst themselves once I say who I am.It is none of your business how myself or anyone else identifies. If a script for a person is sent that script should be filled regardless how they identify. If it truly is some ridiculous insurance thing (which I called again and talked to a different associate with my insurance who has no idea where the non-binary thing came from) you should have told me that the first time I talked to you on the phone to avoid this disaster. Completely unprofessional. Are people who identify as "non-binary" going to be denied their prescriptions? Is that how Walgreens does business?Get it together.

Pharmacy staff are always pretty quick. This place offers a wide range of items to meet daily needs.
