Post Rd Manager was rude, and incorrect with providing info on a decline HSA card. Asked her if part of it was declined because an item was not eligible? She replies “its because you dont have enough money” when in fact there is more than enough. Come to find out when i checked my account it WAS cuz of an ineligible item. Her tone was not customer friendly. I left without my eligible purchase… going elsewhere

The Bald Hill location is my go to pharmacy. The staff is always very helpful and lead me right to the item I’m looking for. The Pharmacy staff is great, taking a personal interest in my well being. I really appreciate the care I receive, especially from Ian, the pharmacist! Thanks to everyone.

I've called this pharmacy several times during work hours and no one ever answers I need to confirm my medication is there before going to pickup because the last two times I went without calling first they told me I would need to come back

I wanted to give ZERO stars!!! My husband, (who is a Viet Nam vet) was seen Sunday evening at the VA. He was given a pain killer and a prescription and because the VA pharmacy was already closed, he was told Walgreens would honor it. They were closed as well. After excruciating pain throughout the night he was there first thing in the morning. The pharmacist could not have been ruder or more disrespectful! Said he needed the Rx electronically, which was NOT true! The VA confirmed that it was not true when he drove back to the hospital to have Rx filled. Won’t go back there for ANYTHING!!!

Very professional, friendly pharmacy. They will help you find the best solution if your insurance doesn't cover the drug. Always helpful. Whomever the manager is has put together a very fine staff!!!
