Very busy today but was able to check out in less than 10 minutes so all in all a better visit than many previous ones. Definitely one of their better locations.

This Walmart has some of the rudest workers (not the cashier's, they are all quiet, but nice). The guy at the door checking receipts better not touch my carriage again when I walk out without showing my receipt. I'm sick and tired of them telling me to use the self checkout. Hello, I don't work there! Now for the positive, it's always clean and fully stocked off everything I need. I really appreciate that part.

An interesting walmart. I immediately noticed the in store subway sandwich store as well as a phone and tablet repair business. I don't think I've ever seen additional businesses inside a Walmart, so I found it a novelty. There is plenty of typical Walmart goods, and the store was well stocked. There was also some fun amusement games and a redbox for some extra family fun at the exit.

Same as every wal-mart ?best one around In the area , every employee that I asked a question too ,they knew exactly what I was looking for and we're very helpful. Definitely will be returning to this particular store ??

I was treated very unprofessionally by a store associate by the name of Lori at this store (2427) in Warwick, RI. She spoke to myself and another customer very condescendingly and rude while we were in the customer service line. The other customer, walked off saying, “are you serious?” to her. The store associate Lori, then threatened to call the police on me for “loitering”, when she knew I was in fact waiting for a manger to help me with a return after she refused. As a person of color, this is infuriating that she would weaponize calling the police at a time when no crime is being committed and it was completely inappropriate. I then, finally spoke the manager who helped me return the item. She was nice, and said “I would be happy to help you”, but she didn’t address her employees conduct at all. A simple “I’ll talk to Lori about how that was inappropriate ” or “I’ll document this for you” would of sufficed, but I didn’t get that. I would like to document this encounter because it was humiliating and has me very shook up. Imagine if someone else or I, were to have the cops called or be arrested while shopping, for simply trying to return an item. I wasn’t in front of the store smoking cigarettes and hanging out or yelling in the store being disruptive, I simply just wanted to return an item and was made to feel inferior for whatever reason. I had more shopping to do at this store but I honestly don’t feel comfortable due to this experience and will now need to travel elsewhere to continue my shopping. Please advise!*p.s I’m reading the reviews and noticed I’m not the first customer to leave a review and name Lori in particular for how she engages with customers*Best,Jay

I ordered something I picked it up curbside and realized when I got home they gave me the wrong stuff. I brought it back the next day. They gave me a gift card for it. Went to pick up the right stuff and it was even more than the one I bought. They brought a supervisor over and he said Oh price went up the next day. Bad customer service.

Very few cashier's now how to do credit card payments very frustrated every month same thing they should all have to know this payment and be told how to do .Last trip a manger came over cause girl did not know how to do and told me very rude they don't do at register I had to go to customer service I said I have done it before , people were getting mad in line making me uncomfortable so ment to customer service and had to wait in line again was in hurry then the manager that told me they could not do it came over so girl that helped me was putting it in as a cable bill so she asked the manager she said to girl your doing it wrong and said to me oh I did not know it was walmart bill you can do at cashier's I said you should of asked very rude she went to help someone else and I herd her say I had a attitude problem! I will not be back spend around 100.00 or more weekly ! Name of girl was Lori name on tag on top you may not care because your business is so big but I will be telling my friends and family.

Pretty much has what you need. Last time I was here, though, they didn't have what I was looking for. But I did walk out with a bunch of pumpkin spice-flavored groceries. Whoever is profiting off this pumpkin craze we find ourselves in, you win. I admit defeat.

I hate Walmart. Since the pandemic they’ve been price gouging and I ordered Walmart + bc I have a baby and they canceled my service said it’s due to too many returns. I asked customer service what items I returned and they never responded. They can’t say I returned anything because I didn’t

This morning,(9/2), around 8:45, l was with my daughter. She said she started to feel funny, like she was going to have a seizure. She sat up against a pole and a few minutes late, had this blank look on her. I was talking to her but she wasn't responding. Then she started leaning, and slid into a prone position. Then her hand started to shake, then her body . It was over in a few minutes. In the meantime, Becky, came over. I think she said she was the store manager. She stayed with us the whole time- called 911, and relayed questions to me. The paramedics arrived and by then she was coherent. They put her on stretcher and took her to the rescue. She insisted she wanted to go home. I did a check out for what we had in cart abd met them outside. By then she was well enough so they said she could go home.Sorry this is so long. I meant to just thank all the employees at your store , especially Becky for all their help.Very grateful,Kim Keegan

As we were walking in an elderly couple was walking in and his wife was just trying to grab a cart for her husband whom was using a cane to lean on from the pile they stopped bringing in and left blocking the doorway for whatever reason - The older lady working on grabbing carts in around 1:30 on 08/8/23, decided to scream at them and told her very rudely, “NO, GRAB ONE FROM INSIDE” Very unprofessional and cant help but wonder if this is how she treats everyone including customers, She needs an attitude adjustment because if that was my grandparents she wouldn’t have been talking to them like that in front of me, and i still would’ve grabbed the cart from where she said not to, as an ex walmart employee Whatever happened to sam walton’s the customer is always right, the customer comes first, SHE DIDNT EVEN GREET ANY OF US

I Just read that "Walmart is bringing ads to an aisle near you as retailers chase new moneymakers". "Shoppers will soon see more third-party ads on screens in Walmart self-checkout lanes and TV aisles" and "hear spots over the store's radio". Absolutely not putting up with that. I still go out to do errands rather than buy online, but if the in-store experience becomes this terrible that will change.
