The red haired gentlemen was put off by having to "help" and said he doesn't have the 12point bolts we needed, though we purchased some a few months ago from them. He stated that those fasteners are only available through the OEM. Well, that's certainly not true so I must say NOT all the staff is knowledgeable.

If you have the option don't go there they tell you what you want to hear and then don't respond.thare are other fastener companies that have much better customer service. I have ordered multiple types of nuts and bolts and every time I ask I have they came in and I get no response seems like they just don't care.

I had a great experience with this company. They were very attentive and listened to what I was looking for as a customer. Their knowledge of the product was great and they made shopping for the needed tools quick and easy. They didn’t sugar coat anything and were very helpful and honest about what tools they felt were worth the money. I’d definitely go to Warwick Industrial Fasteners again. Highly recommend!

I went inside to purchase a new impact drill and who ever i talked to at the counter was fantastic! I got just what i needed and it was a very high quality drill unlike the previous one i had gotten a few years back at Lowe’s and i am beyond satisfied with it!

I had an excellent experience here. Definitely one of the best places to go if you are looking for Dewalt or Milwaukee tools. They had everything I needed and gave me their best and honest opinion for what I was looking for. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for tools or fastenal equipment.

Knowledgeable staff helped me choose right equipment. Has lots of stuff in stock. Don’t have to wait for something to be shipped from a warehouse like others I’ve tried. And the bathrooms are extra clean.

If I could give ZERO stars I would... Seems like WIF receptionists (and phone answering staff) don't know how to provide ANY customer service. Which is weird, since it's a business focused on SERVING IT'S CUSTOMERS. Anywhoo, you can probably get all of their items from somewhere else and cheaper.
