Always on top of any issues with my account with the simplest of things to fraud alerts. I have been with them for awhile and it's because they don't have extra fees and the great customer service they provide on a daily basis.

Great when servicing loans: I used them when I bought a house and when I refinanced. Closing costs were low, they were also very timely when underwriting. Be sure to ask if your local branch has special help for first time homebuyers like down payment assistance etc. Some of them have special neighborhood funding. Lastly, I like the security measures they have put in place. At first I thought they were being a little picky but then with all the id theft, I appreciate the way they protect us!

Stopped in with my mom, conducted some business with Anastasia, and had great customer service from the moment we walked in the door. Had a blast with Anastasia and the manager too. Got all the business done while having a few laughs and talking about our local food favorites. Mom had some concerns that Anastasia answered and immediately put her mind at ease. Just wanted to thank Anastasia for a job well done. The manager is obviously doing something right over there, as the team was a complete pleasure to deal with.

Banks ok…. A bit lazy associates…. I had 4 dollars in quarters that I wanted bills… the teller said nope we don’t take loose coins……it wasn’t like it was in Pennies or a line behind me……I was literally the only client and 3 associates……
