Five stars!!! They do it all from routine maintenance to full collision repairs. I have brought different cars here over the years, and they are a very reliable family business. I can't recommend them enough!!!

STAY AWAY. Had a door replaced at this shop. Had to do all the negotiating with insurance myself, they could not be bothered. I ended up out of pocket buying the parts which the shop itself took payment for, a running theme of willfull incompetence bordering fraud. Administratively this place is a TOTAL CLOWN ACT

I have a 2004 Acura TL that needed a bunch of wheel work, brakes, rotors, and everything to hold everything on, you know what I mean, and I just didn’t have the time to do it. Not only did they do it in one day the price was phenomenal! I’ll never go anywhere else, ever!

I recently brought my car in on a Friday because I thought there was something wrong with my brakes. They were busy and told me they wouldn’t be able to work on the car until Monday. My concern was that I had an appointment Saturday morning. They put in the extra effort and I was able to pick my car up by the end of the day! So thankful to have found West Shore Collision!

My car was rear-ended, and West Shore Collision did a sterling job in repairing it. Everything was done flawlessly, just perfect. Steve was so easy to deal with, a real good guy. I highly recommend West Shore Collision for car needs.

I picked up my car today, and I cannot articulate how thankful I am for West Shore Collision. Someone backed into me, and although the damage wasn’t much, it was another task to add to the overwhelming amount of things I needed to take care of. A family friend recommended West Shore, and I am glad I went there. West Shore let me drop my car off on my way to the airport and was flexible when my work trip was extended. I was too tired to look at their work before I paid, and I was utterly surprised when I saw my car. It looks better than it has in years, and they even fixed my light and cleaned it for me. I couldn’t be happier with their service. They made the whole process easy, and their quality of work was terrific. Their out-of-pocket prices were also better than what I was quoted in Middletown. I highly recommend West Shore Collision.

They are the best place to go for auto body. They give you a estimate and they keep it no matter what they find.ive been there with ,3 different cars and I always have good service.Steve is the one that gives the estimate. He's a great guy.

Steve and his team did an excellent job returning my 13 year old Dodge charger with front end damage back into show room condition both exterior and interior. He handled all the insurance paper work.
