Review for Windsor – Warwick Mall

I wanted to share my experience at this location. The day before Thanksgiving, I purchased a dress but unfortunately didn’t get the chance to wear it, so I planned on returning it. When I walked in today, I was greeted by the same woman who checked me out on Thanksgiving Eve, and she was just as sweet and kind as I remembered.(Tiana)
However, my experience with the woman at the register was the complete opposite. She didn’t smile, didn’t greet me, and didn’t even ask what I needed help with. When I said I wanted to make a return, she sighed loudly and gave me an annoyed look. After examining the dress, she looked at me and said, “I’m not taking this back,” with attitude. When I asked why, she claimed it looked like I wore it. I explained that it had been sitting in my car since I bought it and I never even got the chance to put it on.
She then said, “You can’t prove you didn’t wear it, so I’m not helping you,” and refused the return altogether.
As someone who works in customer service, this was unacceptable and honestly disheartening. I understand policies, but the lack of professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy made the entire situation disappointing.

Amanda, the store manager at the Warwick Mall location is a true asset to your company! She is genuine, honest, and so helpful in picking out outfits that are suitable for specific occasions!
Her professionalism goesabove and beyond with patience to help her customers pick out outfits And even helps Ordr items that are not available in the store

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the customer service I received at your Providence Place Mall and Warwick Mall locations. Unfortunately, my experience at both stores was extremely unpleasant and far below the standards I expect from a reputable brand like Windsor.
At both locations, the sales associates displayed unprofessional behavior and negative attitudes. Instead of being greeted with courtesy or assistance, I encountered rudeness, lack of interest, and dismissive attitudes from the staff. It felt as though customers were seen as an inconvenience rather than valued clients.
In addition, no one offered help with sizing or styling, and when I approached employees with questions, they barely made eye contact and gave curt, unhelpful responses. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming and uncomfortable, which completely ruined my shopping experience.
I visit Windsor regularly and have always loved your clothing and brand, but this experience left me very disappointed. I strongly believe your team at both locations would benefit from customer service training focused on respect, professionalism, and attentiveness toward shoppers.
I hope that this message encourages management to address these issues seriously so that future customers do not go through the same experience.

If i could leave no stars i would onService alone. The girl that works there that has orange hair is beyond rude. She is incapable of being asked any question about any of the merchandise because she just can’t be bothered. Customers just annoy her ??♀️

Customer service is soooo slow. From cashiers to dressing room help. I love Windsor clothes but I try to avoid this specific store. I’ve actually bought clothes from this store, to try them on in another stores dressing room in the mall, and then returned the ones I didn’t want.

Staff is always super nice! Could have a MUCH larger selection of dresses / some more organization in my opinion, but it’s my go-to to not break the bank!

Very poor customer service as well as customer communication!! Went to the store when “they opened” at 11 am on Sunday to see that they were closed to do inventory. I asked the first girl that I seen at the gate when they would open and she had a terrible attitude. I then proceeded to walk around the mall to kill some time to then come back at 1:15 and they were still doing inventory! What a poor time to do inventory

Quality stitching. I like that there's like over 5 different styles of dresses in the same color and there's a fair amount of color options that matched the season beautifully. The girls there were kind.

I'm here for Tabetha. She was the best I had to go dress shopping solo for my best friend's wedding and Tabetha helped me beautifully. I got a gorgeous dress! She helped me make sure it fit well, helped with accessories to help certain places fit better, picked out a sweet pair of heels that matched it perfectly. I was glad to get it all done in one store and I appreciated her assistance sooo much. Especially since I went by myself and I was asking her extra questions Thank you girl!! P.s. I also love this store in general

Love the store itself but definitely going to the providence mall from now on. Customer service here is terrible. Women name Brianna was very very rude and she refunded me for the wrong item. Now I have to go back on my only day off of work to deal with it again. Providence place has a better staff and Is much much nicer! Don’t go here unless you want to have a terrible experience :)

I am absolutely in love with this store since it first opened in the Warwick mall! I basically shop here all the time. The girls are very kind, compassionate and caring that work here. I'm always wearing the beautiful dresses, jewelry, bodysuits, shoes and more from here. Everyone knows me there & the store is always getting new things in. Very clean and organized. Can't say enough great things & would give 1000
