The friendly staff are helpful and create a positive atmosphere. If they don’t have a specific item, they can usually locate and acquire it within a week. Customers appreciate the excellent service and the store’s welcoming environment. However, it’s advised not to buy Graffix brand products, as some may be poor quality. The shop is planning to open soon in a limited capacity and can be reached via Facebook for service. Overall, it’s a classic smoke shop with friendly people and a good selection.
