It was impressive, in that it was very complete and consise. Our insurance company accepted it, and we booked the job with Jeff and Steve. They took care of everything. Arranged a rental car for me. The job was done much sooner than we expected, and it is PERFECT. These men KNOW what they are doing! They are perfectionists. When I picked my car up, I think they detailed it! It was spotless...inside and out. The rain beads up on my car, so I think they waxed it. The attention to detail was impressive. I am SO pleased, and highly recommend them and their work. I met with Fred; he was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. Fred assured me that I would be more than satisfied with the results.As I typically do, I checked with the competition. Finn Auto Body consistently beat their competitor's prices, but not to the point that they would need to compromise quality. One body shop quoted $1,500 more and that didn't include the front bumper. To my surprise, Finn Auto Body did more work than quoted, without increasing the agreed price. More to the point, Fred was right, I am more than satisfied with the results.”
